In this generation, we often sit on the couch.. Watch TV.. scroll through the Insta feed or just sleep off. Half the time, we dont even know what were consuming or how much we end up eating. In the world without any motivation to do anything.. Id like to tell this atleast to the few people seeing this: Fitness, Health and Lifestyle matters. Weight loss isnt as difficult as you think it is. Progress is progress, however small it is. Here are few points that could help you and I guarantee that youll lose weight if you do these. You can see changes in weeks. 1.Always count your calories for maintenance of weight and make sure you eat 500 calories less than that.You can eat whatever you want.You need not restrict that but make you sure it stays in that limit.Youll eventually start eating healthy foods. 2.Some of the healthy foods that you can take to lose weight are 1.Oats, Veggies, Fruits, Lemon Water, Popcorn(filling snack thats low on calories), Nuts, Dates, Wheat breads and Peanut butter, meat etc. 3.Walk atleast 30 mins a day. 4.You need not join a gym. Buy a set of dumbells and workout targetting the bigger muscle groups for 60 reps/week and the smaller muscle groups for 30 reps/week. 5.Rest well. You need atleast 7-8 hours of sleep a day. 6.Drink a lot of water. Drink 8-14 glasses of water a day. Do these and Im sure you can drink the liquor aged for a thousand years, in the barrels built from the wreck of Brunhildes fleet which aint meant for mortal men.
