Unfortunately, this medium blue cam is rare (only available in the Super Battle Droid set from 2002), but light grey cams come in many sets. Also, the printed 1x1 tiles are windows from architecture sets and add a nice linear feature. The small rod is actually a white lipstick also available in architecture sets. Any color will work, as well as longer bars (but these will poke out the back) to hold the cam to the rest of the build.
