Heute haben direkt beide großen geholfen. Vielleicht finde ich noch ein Stück Verdrahtungskanal, damit die Kabel nicht so rum fliegen. And again spent a little time in the workshop. Found a place for the batteries and chargers and put them on the wall with multiplex board and the printed holders. Today both big ones helped directly. Garage Makeover under $600!!!! ~ This project was one that hung over our heads for years & now was finally the time to get it done. I’m so proud of the fact that we completely changed this space for under $600. We took our time & made sure to do it correctly. ~ Step 1- SORTING & SCRAPING... and then sort again, and again 😉 ~ Here are our “After & Before” pictures... ~ Picture #1- the pegboard! Uh, I feel like displaying tools is the only way to store them. It makes it SO much easier to find exactly what you’re looking for. ~ Picture #2- I already owned all of these bins (Home Depot), but placing them on shelves (instead of stacking), game changer. It makes it sooooo much easier to access them. Shelves are HUGE (92”x24”x84”) & are from Costco- $200 each. Worth EVERY PENNY. Also, by organizing this space, we were able to finally hook up this garage fridge that we haven’t used in years. ~ Picture #3- these Storage drawers (Harbor Freight- $8 each) are perfect for sorting small nails, screws, etc... And always label😉 ~ Picture #4- Use every bit of wall you can! This space is between the garage doors- there was absolutely nothing there before. Now, for just $15 (2 shelves at Lowes), it is the perfect spot for auto cleaners- also, the kiddos can’t access them. ~ Picture #5- this is our little “sports/ activity section”. I purchased 2 “9 cube storage shelves” at Lowes for $40 each, to store sports shoes/ boots. The cubes at the bottom are from Amazon for $10. Also, hang whatever you can! The bike hooks were purchased at Lowes for $15 (that came with 8 other hooks). ~ Picture #6- this is a cute, but also super functional, way of storing your winter salt. These are cereal containers- soooo much easier than carrying that huge bag around ❄️☃️ ~ Picture # 7, 8, 9, 10- BEFORES. Et quasiment le jour même je devais me rendre au taf.. les premiers jours à la maison, un mois après la naissance de mon fils, je lui portais encore une chaise sous sa douche et j’essayais de savonner ma femme qui ne pouvait même pas se laver.. je lui disais au revoir dans le lit le matin et l’a retrouvait dans la même position après mon entraînement le soir .. j’ai bcp bataillé pour tisser ce lien, pour me sentir utile et pour être le père dont mon fils avait besoin, le partenaire de ma femme et l’homme que la société voulait que je sois .. Ce soir le congé paternité est passé de 14 jours à 28 jours .. ça n’est pas encore le paradis, c’est toujours inégal .. mais c’est une VICTOIRE, je le dis haut et fort, merci de nous considérer un peu plus ce soir, nous les pères... Here’s a device that most people probably aren’t familiar with. It comes from the commercial building sector and is called an automatic door bottom. Made by Pemko. It’s basically an aluminum cartridge that pushes down a neoprene or silicone weather seal against the threshold as the door is closed. They work great for getting a really tight and consistent seal and I’ve found that they maintain that seal for a longer time than conventional sweeps. Install is pretty straight forward and requires an9/16” x 1 1/4” groove to be plowed in the bottom edge of the door. I set a router up with an edge guide that has a scrap piece of ply screwed to it. This gives a large bearing surface that keeps the router from wanting to tip off the narrow edge. I’ve also done it in the past with a circular saw to kerf out the material. Once the groove is plowed and a couple coats of finish applied you trim the whole mechanism to length with whatever works best for you (I used an scms with a non ferrous blade). In this case there was a multi point lock rail at one end and the inner rail of the mechanism needed to be trimmed about a 1/4” shorter than the door width so that it didn’t hang up on the multi point while actuating. The screw holes that fasten everything in place weren’t countersunk, so being the OCD weirdo that I am, I hit them all@with a flute countersink bit so that the screws sit flush. The hex head at the hinge side presses against the jamb as the door is closed and pushes the seal down. The amount of actuation can be adjusted by turning this nut in or out and is then locked in place by an end cover. In this house we have nearly flush thresholds (about 3/8 above the polished concrete) and a conventional sweep would have hung up on a mat as it was opened and closed. This allowed us to trim the door just a bit and will cleanly over a thin entry mat while still making an air and water tight seal. These automatic door bottoms can seal a gap up to 3/4” and conform to irregular or out of level thresholds. - @benbogie on Instagram

Variable patient age (14-78 years), symptom duration (1 day to 10 years), and follow-up (20 days to 6.1 years). . -- Results: The incidence rate of lumbar disc herniation regression was 63% (49-77%). Study heterogeneity was very high. Publication bias was not present. Incidence rate in high quality studies was 69% (54-82%). -- Limitations: included study heterogeneity, limited follow-up in some included studies. -- Take home: lumbar disc herniations can regress.
