Green Tea Jaw Bancha / Teh Hijau Jepang 100gr Jenis Teh hijau bancha adalah teh kasar yang dibuat dari panenan yang kedua kali antara musim panas dan musim gugur. Jika diseduh, akan berwarna cokelat dengan aroma yang teh bancha lebih besar daripada teh sencha akan tetapi teh bancha memiliki kandungan kafein yang lebih rendah karena daunnya yg lebih tua mengandung sedikit kafein. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan para ahli, Green tea memiliki banyak manfaat. Berikut ini manfaat yang terkandung dalam Green tea: 1. Dapat membantu mempercepat pembakaran kalori ,sehingga tubuhpun bisa tetap langsing. 2. Sebagai pembunuh bakteri,minum Green tea dapat menurunkan resiko keracunan akibat bakteri. 3. Minum Green tea dapat membantu membunuh bakteri penyebab bau mulut. 4. Berkumur dengan teh hijau dapat meningkatkan kekebalan terhadap influenza, zat kimiawi teh hijau juga bisa merangsang Gamma- Delta T (salah satu sel dari anti bodi tubuh) yang mendukung kekebalan terhadap bakteri dan virus. 5. Teh hijau juga mengandung vitamin E dan vitamin C yang bermanfaat untuk memperkuat daya tahan tubuh, kesehatan kulit, dan kesehatan rambut. 6. Mencegah timbulnya kadar gula darah yang tinggi. 7. Menurunkan resiko terkena berbagai penyakit hati. 8. Polifenol dari teh hijau menghalangi amilase ( enzym di air liur) sehingga membantu menurunkan tingkat gula darah dan sekaligus polifenol merupakan antioksidan yg ampuh untuk mencegah kanker. 9. Menjaga stamina dan menghilangkan keletihan. 10. Berfungsi sebagai anti radang tenggorokan. 11. Green tea dapat berperan sebagai tabir surya dan pelembab bagi kulit, selain itu teh hijau juga meredakan pembengkakan dan rasa gatal dari luka. 12. Please make sure theres a shallow dish of water put outside for the birds today! They need to drink every day and in this hot weather may find it difficult to find water. Simply place a shallow bowl of water in a shady place in your garden. The shade will keep the water cool. If the water is too deep they wont be able to use it. Place a rock in the bowl to give birds better footing. Attract other wildlife to your garden by gardening for biodiversity! A new booklet to assist everyone to help wildlife in their gardens, no matter how big or small, has been launched. Taking a very practical approach, the book details projects to help wildlife of all kinds under a range of headings, with tasks suitable for everyone from the total beginner to the more ambitious DIY enthusiast. With clear instructions and step-by-step drawings by illustrator Barry Reynolds, the guide offers the gardener lots of options to help our biodiversity. A colouring book for children using the beautiful garden wildlife illustrations by Barry Reynolds has also been produced.
