.What a stellar vacation with an amazing human being. I was lucky enough to do @so_long_marianne’s home visit as a volunteer for @redemptionpaws back in December. We hit it off immediately, realizing we are twin souls. We were immediate besties. A short 8 months later, and we’re vacationing in Prince Edward County. SUPing, surfing, HIIT Pilates every am, wineries daily, eating well (not really, but a nice treat for us both), alpaca ranches and lavender farms, drank our weight in wine daily, beach days every day, and we brought our puppies. I even got to reconnect with two old friends and beautiful souls from high school who I haven’t seen in 20 years, @countyfranks and @dillzillah. I haven’t vacationed or ‘travelled’ with anyone in about 10 years; love solo travel and am very much a lone wolf. If it wasnt for her, I would never have had this vacation. This stellar lady has changed the way I look at a ton of things, has been an incredibly present and supportive friend, and is cool af. I’m so grateful to have met you and how close we’ve become. Who says it’s hard to make friends over 40. Sometimes the best connections you have are friendships, not romantic. It shouldnt be a surprise that I love nature since I spend so much time trying to make it better, cleaner and enjoying the crap out of it. I surround myself with like-minded people and support organisations that share these ideals. I was VERY happy to learn about a new company opening up in the Northern Beaches on August 1, that shares the love for all of my favourite things. @pittwater.eco.adventures takes a stand with standup paddle boards to never walk, swim or paddle past plastic. They will be offering outdoor yoga, snorkel sessions, SUP cleanups other #ecofriendly activities. They even donate 10% of their profits to a not-for-profit. Such a great thing to do for the community. I cant wait to go hunting for trash on the water with this lovely group. Какое красивое море 😁 ・・・ этим летом☀️🌊 я открыла для себя новый очень интересный вид спорта как Сапсёрфинг 🏄🏽‍♀️ето разновидность сёрфинга, в котором серфер, стоя на доске, перемещается по воде посредством гребли веслом🚣🏽‍♀️ Одно из самых сложных задач здесь является баланс доски на воде, он кардинально отличается от сноуборда и вейкборда и делает этот вид спорта по своему интересным👌 В Украине он появился не так давно и начинает только набирать обороты А вот в мире уже существуют и проф. турниры. This summer M&M got to experience going on a kayak and did surprisingly well! We highly recommend this fun activity since the pups really enjoyed it! We initially posted a few stories on it and got lots of questions (now in Boat highlights) At Deer Lake Park in Burnaby, there are kayak, canoe, and pedal boat rentals and pets are more than welcome. We chose a two person kayak and it was plenty of room for M&M to sit in front of corgmahm. Wonderful staff there help you on and off the boats so don’t worry! Momo sat at the very front and was calm, enjoying the breeze on her fur. Mama’s boy Muuchi obviously stuck close to corgmahm and sat in her lap once in awhile. They both never tried to jump off the boat but if you’re worried, bring a pet life jacket just in case. A few other tips: Book your time slot ahead of time, it was busy (they’re in hour and a half time slots). Bring a towel for the pup to sit on, it’ll give their paws grip and be more comfy for them to sit on. Bring water for you and the pupper, stay hydrated as it can get quite warm. Enjoy, have fun, and be safe! Introducing the new Blue Mountain Surf Navigation Officer....Oli. Previous experience in long walks and chasing sticks with a good understanding around the principles of fetch. The standard size for a great all-round board is 320cm x 80cm x 15cm. There is some variation on this but thats what we would always suggest you look for. Why is this so important?
