Год назад моя жизнь и взгляд на эту жизнь круто изменились. У меня появилась ОНА. Неказистая (казалось бы, на тот момент) тощая серая кобыла... Дикая... Не подпускающая к себе человека ни на шаг... Все ругали и пугали меня об опасности дикой взрослой лошади.... у вас так много детей в семье!, она же может убить!!!, ЗАЧЕМ ВАМ ДИКАЯ ЛОШАДЬ?!!!.... Они рассказывали мне ужасные примеры (которые были словно из книги ужасов) о том, как лошадь убила человека в поле, сделала кого-то инвалидом, растоптала (вес то не маленький) и т.д... Признаться честно, это было страшно. Да и конечно... Первая в жизни собственная лошадь. Не с частной конюшни, не маминой знакомой.... МОЯ. МОЯ ЛОШАДЬ. Поздний тёмный вечер, высокий, бьющийся в истерике тёмный силуэт в коневозе (похожем, на самом деле, на обычный хлебовоз) и все эти пугающие слова... Как я тогда испугалась!.... Она просто вывалились тогда из машины, но бежать было некуда. Крича и запугивая лошадь (ты страшна, а я страшней!!!), перевозчица нацепила на гигантского (так казалось в темноте) зверя недоуздок и ретировалась в неизвестность: впрочем, это твоя лошадь. Поступай как знаешь. Борясь со страхом, я довела всхрапывающее, дико боящееся животное до левады и оставила её приходить в себя после восьмичасовой дороги.... А ведь её никто не выпускал погулять... Отдохнуть... Размяться... Перевозили в страшном тёмном ящике (в котором даже не было трапа, и чему мы были дико удивлены, так как отдали за доставку не маленькие деньги), ещё и обращались как к монстру... Позже, выйдя во двор, мне показалось, что чёрный тощий фестрал из Гарри Поттера задумчиво наблюдает за мной из темноты, пережевывая сено... Будь что будет, подумала тогда я, решив дождаться утра. Родители, кстати, после всех этих запугиваний, были уверены, что этой лошади не место в нашей семье... мы должны её продать. Она дикая. Опасная. Heinrich Himmler, leider van het elitekorps SS en één van de belangrijkste pionnen van Hitler, bezoekt Nederland en inspecteert op het toenmalige Ijsclubterrein (nu Museumplein) het Nederlandse Politiebataljon. ° Het P.B.A. (Politie Bataljon Amsterdam) Een speciale eenheid wat werd opgeleid in Schalkhaar(Deventer) Na de Februaristaking van 1941 had SS- und Polizeiführer Hanns Rauter besloten de Nederlandse politie te reorganiseren. Voortaan moesten politiemannen in nationaal-socialistische geest en op militaire wijze worden geschoold. Verder zouden de nieuw gevormde politiebataljons in de grote steden als gesloten eenheden in kazernes worden gelegerd dus ook Amsterdam. ° Politiezuivering Het Militair Gezag dat al tijdens de oorlog in Engeland was opgericht moest direct na de bevrijding orde op zaken stellen. Er vonden 7500 onderzoeken plaats, 2000 man werd ontslagen, 1500 kregen een disciplinaire straf. Negen politiemensen kregen de doodstraf die ook daadwerkelijk werd uitgevoerd. Iedereen die een gevangenisstraf kreeg is vervroegd vrij gelaten. Naar schatting de helft kreeg niets te horen. Afgaande op het zeer kleine aantal onderduikers (600 van de 17.000) onder politie-agenten zou voorzichtig gecomcludeerd mogen worden dat 97% van de Nederlandse en dus ook de Amsterdamse politie fout was en dat de helft daarvan daar wel zeer eenvoudig mee weg is gekomen. ° Over wat goed en fout en verwijtbaar fout is lopen de meningen uiteen. Het feit dat er zo weinig bekend is over de Amsterdamse politie tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog lijkt goed verklaarbaar als je ziet hoe weinig protest er was. 😔It breaks my heart to think at such a young age many boys and girls, feel pressure to change themselves - that they’re not good enough as is. . . The focus at this young age, or any age at that matter, should be of playing, laughing, exploring, loving, crying, learning meaningful lessons and mistakes, and not about restricting calories, punishing ourselves with exercise, starving ourselves for weight loss and comparing ourselves to photoshopped, posed and unrealistic photos in the media/social media. . . Our bodies care about survival, not vanity. They want to be healthy of course but getting to a very low body fat % doesn’t determine Health; it often times results in lack of.. . . Our bodies are vessels provided to us so we can experience all these luxuries of life - they aren’t meant to be starved, depleted, controlled and despised. . . We think we’ll finally be “happy” if we can just look like the “ideal body” of our modern world..yet when we finally arrive to this goal, we’re still unhappy, if not even less happy, because nothings good enough. We now have Body dysmorphia amongst other physical and mental issues that developed along deprivation road.. . . Happiness, feeling beautiful, confident and fit, is not dictated by our bodies appearance - that’s the facade. It comes as a feeling, from living our life with intuitive movement, balanced eating, sleep, water, sun, relaxation, supportive relationships, playfulness, and more.. . . Some of us had to hit rock bottom within our egotism and had our health stolen from us when trying to be superior and self righteous in our healthy lifestyles, in order to appreciate what true Health and fitness feels like after Recovery. . . Moral of the story: it’s vital to continue creating a new and truly healthful model of health, fitness and self acceptance for the future generations to aspire towards. . . And to keep exposing the downfalls of the dysfunctional hidden realities of extreme diets, exercise abuse and unsustainable body ideals of today. . . J’ai été pendant quelques temps effrayé par ce que pouvaient apporter les nouvelles technologies, IA, Big Data, Singularité, Transhumanisme (…) jusqu’à ce qu’un ami me dise : « Si l’on doit être remplacé par les machines, ce n’est pas grave, car ce sera juste une nouvelle étape de l’évolution ». Et puis des applications sont apparues qui ont « appris » à se méfier et à comparer certains aliments vendus en supermarché. Du moment que tout cela ne soit pas intrusif, j’étais d’accord – mais jusqu’à quel point ? Ne plus devenir qu’une partie de l’équation, être géolocalisé en temps réel, devenir soi-même un « produit » ? Lors d’un long trajet en voiture, alors que Jessica conduisait et que je surfais sur internet pour meubler l’ennui, je me suis vu proposé différentes applis pour faire des livres automatiquement à partir du contenu de mon téléphone. Le résultat était étonnant et inattendu. J’avais chez moi un dossier contenant 400 images que j’avais fait tirer dans l’espoir de faire un nouveau livre sans aucun succès. Les images s’annulaient réciproquement et l’histoire que je voulais raconter n’avait aucun sens. Je crois que je voulais parler de l’invivabilité du monde opposée à la beauté de notre intimité, du monde dans lequel nous vivons et de « ce que nous sommes ». J’ai l’impression que dans la création de livres de photographies le problème a toujours été « d’organiser le regard », de trouver le moyen de détourner les images pour leur faire dire une chose ou une autre, et c’est peut-être pourquoi les photos de familles, et les moyens contemporains mis en œuvre pour les trier et les agencer m’intéressent tant aujourd’hui. En quoi un algorithme pouvait-il m’aider ? Sur le site de livres sur demande Cewe, je pouvais lire : « Répartition automatique des photos : la création automatique effectue une sélection de vos photos en choisissant pour vous vos meilleures photos selon plusieurs critères : la netteté, l’intensité des couleurs, la luminosité, ainsi que la ressemblance entre vos photos ». Ne me restait plus qu’à choisir un modèle de mise en page, enlever les quelques images que je naimais vraiment pas, et cliquer sur « oui ».
