So the question arises, if there’s no sugar, how is Diet cola sweet? - Diet colas are sweetened with a host of artificial sweeteners which can cause problems like 1. 21% higher risk of type 2 diabetes 💉 2. 9% higher chance of high BP 🌡 3. Increased risk of stroke 🩺 These are some of the problems attached with artificial sweeteners. Additionally, high phosphorus content, acids, and preservatives have their own issues. . . 🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤 Is this to say that Diet Cola is poison and should be avoided at all costs?
