Adding a hint of the exquisite flavour of Yuzu Lemons to a simple home-baked cookie is the kind of gourmet twist that will set you apart from the rest. A recipe so simple that you will hardly believe how delicious the end product is - take it from us! Settle down with a hot cup of tea and a hot serving of fresh cookies and beat any bluesy day with ease! Ingredients: - 240 gms all purpose flour - 120 gms sugar (including 40 gms of brown sugar) - 100 gms unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice - 2 teaspoons lime/lemon zest (for the extra aroma and zing) - 1 tablespoon Sprig gourmet Yuzu lemon extract - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon baking soda - Sprinkle of salt Procedure - Mix in all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, pinch of salt) and keep aside. - In a large bowl, whip the sugar and butter till it turns light and fluffy. Add in one egg and beat till smooth. Add in the lime juice, lime and lemon zest and Sprig gourmet Yuzu lemon extract. - Now blend in the flour mixture with the wet ingredients to a cookie dough. Refrigerate the dough for a minimum of 45 minutes. - Preheat the oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit (180 deg Celsius) for 10 mins. - - Take an ice cream scoop or a table spoon and spread cookies on a parchment paper cookie tray. A beautiful summer salad that found in @foodandwine magazine! Thank you @spoonabilities 💛 This salad is called Gazpacho Salad. . The Gazpacho part is in the dressing. I used the seeds from the Heirloom tomatoes, the skin, and seeds from the cucumbers and any scraps from the bell peppers. Plus, some chopped tomatoes, basil, lime juice, garlic, and white balsamic vinegar. Then, I blended and double strained and seasoned with sea salt to taste. This salad dressing was delicious and flavorful. It tasted like Gazpacho. So, there was no food waste making this salad. .
