Regardless of whether your goal Cals are higher or lower than the example 1600 plan taking away simply the ideas of meals and adjusting the quantities per meal can be all you need to meet your own requirements. I don’t write food plans to take the steering wheel away from people but for me as a coach the guidance + education + assurance with what I post or present is something I feel provides people with a bit more structure and the ideas to apple to their own journey. Anyone can follow a plan designed for them but being able to apply the ideas, structure and apply these long term is the key to success. 1600 Cals may seem like a lot for some people, it may seem very little for others the important thing to remember your are your own self and whatever someone else is working with or what macros/Cals/training they are on should have little relevance to what you should be focussed on.
