거의 15년만에 모교를 방문했다. 야.. 이렇게 코딱지만한 학교인데 그때는 왜 그렇게 넓어보였었을까? 운동장을 보니, 옛 기억들이 마구 쏟아져나왔다. 이 운동장에 대한 기억이 희극이 된 것을 보니, 나도 참 많이 큰 거 같다. 사실 이 운동장은 살얼음판 같은 치열한 생존의 현장이었다. 초등학교를 졸업하고 나는 이곳에서 낯설은 중학교생활을 시작했다. 아는 친구가 한 명도 없었다. 나는 참 전학을 많이도 다녔었다. 그러다가 한 녀석과 싸움이 붙었는데 네 다섯이 더 몰려들면서 혼자인 나를 위협했던 기억이 아직도 생생하다. 그렇게 나는 기세가 꺾였다. 학교생활이 구질구질했다. 특히 저 운동장을 뛰는 시간이 너무 싫었다. 아오. 어찌나 뒤에서 다리를 걸던지ㅋㅋ 발걸이를 피하랴, 욕을 쏟아붓는 체육선생 눈치보랴, 정신이 없었다. 그러다 발에 걸려서 보기좋게 자빠지면 비웃음거리가 됐었는데, 내 잘못도 아닌데, 왜 나는 스스로를 그렇게 비하했었는지... 이것 말고도 물셔틀, 한문쓰기셔틀, 체육복셔틀, 실내화셔틀 등등 투철한 봉사정신을 배워가며 근근히 학교생활을 했었다. (실내화를 뜯기고 맨발로 학교를 돌아다니다가 밥풀을 밟곤 했었는데.) 집에서 일어나는 가정불화는 1+1 서비스였나.. 서비스가 더 무서웠다. 어휴.. 옛 생각을 하면서 킥킥거리다가 풀도 나무도 없는 창틀에서 허우적거리는 알밴 사마귀를 구해주었다. 셔틀봉사를 통해서 만들어진 이타심일까. 그래도 이 학교에서 은사님을 만나고 그분을 통해서 신앙심이 주어졌으니 결국 잭팟이 터진거라고 생각한다. 위의 일들을 털어내는 힘을 가지는데 15년의 긴 시간이 걸렸다. 아직 털어낼 여운이 조금 남은 거 같다. 에이. 재미있게 글을 쓸 거 같았는데 갑자기 흥미를 잃었다. 귀찮기도 하고, 별로 재밋거리도 안되는 거 같다. A continuación cuentos varios sobre diseñar la escenografía para @losmiserablesvzla y fotos acompañantes, en orden variado de algunas de las situaciones de esta locurita de mi querida @claudiacsg: se me quedan cortas las formas de darte las gracias. FOTO1. LA SOMBRA DE LA BARRICADA. Tenía pesadillas con ella, me rompió 4 pantalones, tengo una cicatriz en el brazo derecho que me la recordará por algún tiempo. El día que subió al escenario y estaba ELLA ahí… toda lista (después de 4 o 5 ajustes… en realidad fueron como 15) sonreí… estaba ella toda espléndida, echando el cuento que tenía que echar. FOTO2. DENTRO DE LA BARRICADA. La tomé en la tarde que la estábamos ensamblando, para que no se me olvidara que esa vista dentro de la barricada sería el privilegio de unos pocos y que yo fui la primera en estar parada allí (pequeño momento egocéntrico). También la tomé porque esa tarde éramos un gentío trabajando juntos… unos de un lado y otros del otro lado (y si, me refiero a lo político) y a todos nos quedó bella la barricada (dejo esa metáfora por ahí y me retiro lentamente) FOTO 3. MIS ZAPATOS. Descripción gráfico-metafórica de cómo quedé física y emocionalmente después de este proyecto. FOTO 4. FOTO DEL EMPIRE STATE. Obviamente no es el Empire State, pero así le decían de “cariño” por ser el edificio más alto. Te defendí hasta de mí… pero tenías razón: trasladabas al público en una mirada a donde tenías que trasladarlos. FOTO 5. LA CARRETA. Dedicada a ti mi querido @marianodetry... ¡qué trabajo que nos dió! es la perfecta metáfora para este proceso… de a ratos parecía que estaba lista y que todo estaba bien… y de pronto ¡zas! algo no funcionaba (o se rompía) y había que recalcular-arreglar-rehacer. Gracias por la paciencia milenaria. Gracias a los queridos Jesús Viloria y Máximo Sánchez, que la hicieron, repararon, re-pensaron, re-hicieron y la re-repararon todas la veces que fueron necesarias. #RepostLiterario 🦋🦋🦋 @unaformiga.reads Acabo de terminar ‘Seda’ de Alessandro Baricco. Me esperaba más. El libro narra la historia de Hervé Joncour, un hombre que atraviesa el mundo en busca de huevos de gusano de seda para venderlos en Francia. En este camino hacia ‘el fin del mundo’, o lo que es lo mismo, Japón, se encontrará con diversas situaciones en las que saldrán a la luz el amor, el deseo y el dolor de una persona. Todas ellas. La premisa es muy interesante. La historia está narrada de una manera bellísima y aunque sin entrar en muchos detalles, tiene metáforas preciosas. En conjunto me ha gustado la historia pero encuentro que el desenlace se ha desarrollado demasiado rápido y me ha dejado un tanto fría, cuando creo que es una historia con suficiente peso emocional como para que termine tan repentinamente.
