While it hasnt been a clean 40 days of sobriety, I have taken a significant step back and the results have jumped off the board. Today marks, in the last 40 days, 100 miles ran, 275 miles biked, 23 pages written, and 114 days since my last Quarantine Videos. That last thing is something Im very proud of, because of how awfully stupid they were. This isnt a boastful post, this is meant for inspiration.
