This arch truss building was moved over to the site next door and became the Palais de Danse and a new similar structure was built on the site as a picture theatre. 30 candidates who received coaching and training in the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) of Jamia Millia Islamia(JMI) have been selected in UPSCS Civil Services Exam 2019. 25 of them were residing in RCA and 05 were trained at the mock interview programme of the centre. This is the biggest selected group in the country from any public coaching centre. Out of 30 selected candidates 06 are expected to get IAS, 08 are likely to get IPS and remaining candidates will get IRS, Audit & Account Service, IRTS and other allied services of Group-A as per their ranking and choices. Ruchi Bindal who secured 39th rank is the best performer from the RCA this year. 06 out of 30 selected candidates are girls. Prof. Najma Akhtar, Vice Chancellor, JMI said that the consistently high performance of RCA,JMI trained students in Civil Services Examinations year after year is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for the university. We expect better results in the coming years. Prof. Akhtar is personally monitoring, guiding, and providing all support to RCA to work for excellence. 18 and fresh out of school with some A-levels and pubes on my chin. Was lucky enough to visit Studio 80 in Amsterdam , July 15 before it shut down the following January. The club was hidden behind two big black doors in between a bunch of bars with no obvious signs of it being a club. Inside it was really Intimate, only one room was open that night with the DJ booth in one corner with a few vertical strip lights either side and the bar was in the opposite corner. A two levelled box in the middle of the room meant you could really get stuck in with everyone around you. It was only a resident night and the atmosphere was mega, everyone was super friendly and didn’t seem to even mind my naive use of a disposable camera inside 🤦‍♂️ later that week they celebrated 10 years of the club with Steve Rachmad, David Vunk, Young Marco, Marcel Vogel, San Proper and Helena Hauff to mention a few which would have been a cracking weekend. - @digital_position on Instagram

Angela Danadjievas previous work in set design for the Bulgarian film industry helped inform her design of the Park, creating views both long and short for the urban park visitor to truly be immersed in the landscape, catching only glimpses of light and texture and open spaces ahead, as one would in nature. . So, while we follow state guidelines of Stay Home/Stay Healthy and continue to respect social distancing protocols, Freeway Park is a unique public asset for you and your family to use and enjoy. . Gedung Silabandi SMP Regina Pacis Bogor. Halo Recisian.. Ada yg sudah lewat Gedung SMP Regina Pacis via Jalan Pengadilan baru2 ini? Ada yg berbeda kah? Ya, betul! Sekarang sudah tidak ada lagi Rumah tempat penampungan sampah lagi, dan tulisan Sekolah Regina Pacis di pojok Gedung dinding batu alam juga menjadi berwarna biru. Coba Recisian bandingkan dengan warna sebelum ini yg hitam. Sekarang lebih terlihat jelas dari jauh bahwa ini Gedung Sekolah Regina Pacis :) Dan tahukah Recisian tentang Gedung yg jendela kotak2nya ini seperti bangunan Mesjid Istiqlal Jakarta? Senada dengan garis2 vertikal jendelanya yg khas? Ya.. karena memang arsitek gedung SMP ini adalah Alm Bapak Friedrich Silaban yg juga arsitek dari Mesjid Istiqlal Jakarta. Gedung yg digunakan SMP ini dibangun pada bulan Agustus 1955 sebagai perluasan layanan para Suster FMM setelah sebelumnya pelayanan di Panti Asuhan, TK, SD, Asrama Puteri dan Guru. Dan ketika waktunya satu persatu gedung Sekolah Regina Pacis tiap unit direnovasi/dibangun ulang, unit SMP ini adalah yg terakhir dikerjakan dimulai tahun 2003. Gedung Silaban awalnya akan dirubuhkan dan dibangun ulang tetapi dengan pertimbangan historis dan didukung data teknis gedung yg ternyata masih sangat baik, gedung ini akhirnya tetap dipertahankan hingga kini. Gedung Silaban ini pun akhirnya bersanding indah dengan gedung yg baru dan diresmikan penggunaannya oleh Bapak Uskup Michael C. Angkur OFM dan Walikota Bogor bulan Mei 2004. Sekarang Gedung Silaban ini sudah masuk registrasi dan dalam proses utk dimasukkan dalam Sistem Registrasi Nasional Cagar Budaya di Kemdikbud RI. Demikian sekilas cerita tentang Gedung Silaban di kompleks Sekolah / SMP Regina Pacis Bogor ini. Gak nyangka ya Recisian terutama Recisian SMP sudah jadi saksi sejarah Gedung ini. To start our Downtown Regina Cultural Trailway series, we have St Paul’s Anglican Cathedral. ⁠ ⁠ St Paul’s Cathedral was founded in 1882 in one of the tents that made up the early Regina settlement. The parish built a church in 1883 on the Cathedral’s current site, but in 1895 after four years of planning and six months of construction, the Cathedral you see today was built. ⁠ During the tornado of 1912, the First Baptist Church’s dome was thrown onto the Cathedral. भारवाहक यक्ष-ठाणे ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ जुन्या मंदिरांच्या बांधकामातील एक एक भाग हा अगदी अभ्यासाचा विषय होऊ शकतो, इतकं ते बांधकाम जीव ओतून अगदी मनापासून केलेलं असतं. म्हणूनच त्यातील बारकावे इतक्या वर्षानंतर सुद्धा अगदी ठळक दिसून येतात. हेमाडपंथी शैलीतील मंदिरांमध्ये सभामंडपात असणाऱ्या खांबांच्या वर त्या छताचा भार वाहणारे यक्ष किंवा किन्नर दिसून येतात, त्यांना भारवाहक यक्ष किंवा किन्नर असे म्हणतात. . . ठाण्याच्या चरई भागात एका इमारतीच्या कोपऱ्यात हे शिल्प आहे. यातील यक्ष हे चार हातांचे आणि सहा हातांचे आहेत. या शिल्पाशी साधर्म्य असणारे भारवाहक यक्ष आपल्याला जुन्नर येथील कुकडेश्वर मंदिरात दिसून येतात.(सर्वात शेवटचा फोटो पहावा).यावरून त्या मंदिराच्या खांबाचा घेरा किती मोठा असावा आणि त्यावरून असे कमीत कमी चार तरी खांब असणारे शिवालय हे किती मोठे असावे याचा अंदाज लावता येतो.ठाणे हे तलावांचे शहर शिलाहार काळापासून प्रसिद्ध असून मासुंदा तलावासह अनेक तलाव, विहिरी, शिलाहार आणि बिंब काळात बांधले गेले असावेत. त्यानंतर मध्ययुगात जयदेव राजाने आपल्या कारकिर्दीत ठाणीयास एक एकाने तळे बांधो आरंभिले व एक एक शिवालय बांधो आरंभिले असे बिंबखान्यात म्हंटले आहे. . . You may find this sculpture on the pillar of Hemadpanthi style temple. These creatures are known as Yaksh and Kinnar which use to show that they hold the weight of slab. And this kind of sculpture is known as Bharvahak Yaksh(Bhar=weight, Vahak- carrying). This found at Charai, Thane. Same kind of sculpture is there at Kukadeshwar Temple, Junnar which is the oldest temple of Maharashtra. Basically This kind of sculpture belongs to Shilahar Dynasty which is 1000 years old.
