One more item done! Custom rear beam and Rear Anti Roll Bar fitted! It’s hard to do anything first in the mk4 world. So I am going to go out on a limb and say this is the first bolted down custom rear anti-roll bar setup on a mk4 golf. I think this rear custom beam has got more love than any another part oh wait front custom front subframe yet to come. Here are some aftermath photos from the last post. I found out a little more details on the video, it happened on November 14th in Port-au-Prince Haiti after a very quick but heavy 15 minute rain. The drainage systems are easily clogged and whatever is on the streets flows down to the lower areas of the city. If a rain is heavy enough it will all push out to sea. There is no garbage pickup in place and every restaurant uses valueless and polluting styrofoam. We need to offer better solutions to single use plastic pollution and its not fair to simply blame Hatiens for this. So much of this form of pollution is our first world failing to address the problem in our own countries as well as not holding multinational conglomerates accountable for dumping single use pollution into third world countries. Ukupno u Zagrebu imamo 20 reciklažnih dvorišta, od čega je devet mobilnih i jedanaest fiksnih. I am a member of StopPlasticstoronto but I also belong to a local walking group so I decided to incorporate the two! When walking in local parks and ravines I carry my grabbers and a bag and cleanup what I can. This mess was the result of only four walks and I could have picked up much, much more but my bag filled quickly. And then it hit me...I cannot take responsibility for all of this plastic waste. It is disheartening, disturbing, appalling etc. etc. I will continue to pick up what I can but it is so clear to me that action needs to be taken against single use plastics NOW! Cause you know, karma....I cannot tell you how angry, disappointed and sad I feel! As most of you saw my post on Saturday that a group of us, 15 volunteers cleaned up a park, 35 bags of litter. It was arranged with the council like on other previous occasions that the litter will be collected on Monday morning. We never had an issue. Then the above happened... some low life scum decided its great fun to set fire to some of the litter we collected. Why?! Why on earth would you do that?! Im lost for words.... some people give up their very little free time to do something good for our planet. We are volunteers, we dont get a penny for litter picking, we do this to make our planet a bit nicer and cleaner. Ante tanta demanda de vecinos enviándonos imágenes de como esta su barrio, sus calles, sus parques y jardines etc etc .... desde Almería Postureo y terminada una reunión ahora mismo, hemos decidido formar grupos de 10 personas para limpiar todos los monumentos, parques, zonas de ocio y zonas de juegos de nuestra ciudad. Mañana queremos hablar con distintas empresas para que nos cedan elementos y aparatos de limpieza y así colaborar los almerienses para tener su ciudad limpia y cuidada ya que parece que nadie lo hace. Esta claro y siempre lo decimos que el ser humano mancha y ensucia mucho, pero por eso hay que tener un equipo de limpieza para dar soluciones a tantos problemas. Aprovechamos para hacer ese llamamiento a ferreterías, viveros, etc etc para que nos donen equipos de limpieza como escobas, bolsas, guantes, recogedores, semillas para plantar plantas y arboles en tantos parques abandonados como el boticario donde posiblemente comenzaremos etc etc ... Sin más muchísimas gracias a todos los que nos habéis aportado ideas, como siempre decimos sois todos bienvenidos y además os esperamos de corazón para que estéis con nosotros codo con codo limpiando la ciudad.
