Yep, I was baby fat!!! After hitting rock bottom, (like literally, my dad took his eyes off me for a second, and I rolled off the couch 😳) I knew I had to make the most out of these crazy times. Changed up my diet to superfoods like blueberries and avocado, and I started waking up at 5am to walk. Just a few steps at first, but each day I pushed myself more and added new exercises like roaring at birds at the park and dancing to Lil Dicky’s Earth. (climate change is real people) Yesterday, I checked my Apple watch to see I had set a new personal best of 4 million steps! It hasn’t been easy, but when I look myself in the mirror and see the toddler on the right, I’m all smiles and giggles.
