You wish you could just fly home, you wish you could hug your dad, mom, sister, all family. You wish your dad would lecture you one more time, you and your mom could go get coffee and talk, your sister would have a sleepover with you and you were just present.. ⁣ But the hard thing about all of this, is there is no going back. You are here to grow, you are here to provide for your family now, you are here to remember all the family moments and cherish them as much as you can, and never take any moment for granted when you see them next. One of the many river crossings on the #condamineriverroad ...a great adrenaline rush for the boys (and me😁) . 9. My 3 handsome lads! We just pulled over on the side of the road on the high plain. On our way back to camp happy and tired with a muddy truck! 💩😁✌🏽🏞 . . You definitely get the bug for the fresh air, countryside, being on the open road, 4WD’ing, and the bonus of no phone signal so you can really switch off! a few weeks ago I received a call from a friend of my Mums. He is an elderly gentleman and lives on his own. I really felt he needed someone to talk that day and was a bit lonely. I knew he enjoys tinkering in his shed so I asked him if he was working on any projects, just a few he replied, so I got thinking... I really felt the need to help him so I asked if he could make me a trimming tool, like one I had made for me almost 20 years ago (and still have, works beautifully!) the issue was sourcing the material. A few calls and messages later, he managed to source the materials in his neighborhood and find what he needed (amazing!) a few tests were made which he sent me last week and this week he sent me the finished product. I’m selling these tools for $10, happy to post anywhere in Aust. I’m not taking any cut, giving him all the proceeds. I can vouch that these are a really good tool to have in your collection. All students who have used mine during classes will tell you the same. They fit nicely in your palm too. I’ll post a video when I can trimming. A little over a year ago, @tylerfranch approached me with an idea to redesign The Room Vancouver; take a singular department and transform it into a concept shop to include men + women, footwear + accessories for both emerging and established brands, and become Canadas first department store concept shop.
