Мало кому известная авария на ЧАЭС, которая произошла 11 октября 1991г. на блоке №2 Чернобыльской АЭС , связанная с пожаром в машзале. В результате аварии разрушились 9 пролетов (54 м) крыши МЗ, частично выведено из строя турбинное оборудование блока №2. Очаг пожара угрожал оборудованию и кабельным коммуникациям систем, важных для безопасности, а обрушение кровли реально повредило оборудование, важное для безопасности. Человеческих жертв не было. Вместе с тем имело место увеличение радиоактивного фона в МЗ (с 0.5-0.7 до 2 мР/ч по γ-излучению и с 80-120 β-частиц/(см2мин) до 400 по β-излучению), что объясняется обрушением кровли, загрязненной еще во время аварии 1986 г. на блоке №4. Суммарный выброс радиоактивных аэрозолей, образовавшихся при горении элементов кровли, в атмосферу составил 0,00036 Ки, что, как и общий выброс во время инцидента, меньше допустимого суточного выброса в атмосферу. Облучения персонала выше контрольных уровней не было. Ликвидаторы пожара (63 человека из числа пожарных и эксплуатационного персонала) получили дозы от 0.02 до 0.17 бэр, что не превышает двухнедельных доз. Произошло некоторое загрязнение поверхностей технологических помещений без превышения допустимого уровня (2000 β-частиц/(см2мин)). Облучения населения не было. Несмотря на отсутствие значительных радиационных последствий этой аварии, горение и разрушение кровли МЗ внешне выглядело подобно печальным событиям на блоке №4 26 апреля 1986 г. Dichas ciudades comparten un conglomerado que es, según los nuevos datos, el segundo con mayor índice de pobreza de la Patagonia. Según datos revelados por el Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INDEC), el conglomerado Trelew - Rawson tuvo un índice de pobreza del 39,7% en el primer semestre del 2020. La indigencia, es decir, las personas que no llegan a acceder a la Canasta Básica Alimentaria, se ubica en el 8,3%. A nivel nacional, el índice de pobreza se ubicó en 40,9%, con un incremento de 5,5 puntos porcentuales respecto al 35,4% de igual período de 2019. En tanto, el índice de indigencia, entendido estos como los pobres cuyos ingresos no alcanzan ni siquiera para comprar la cantidad mínima de comida para la subsistencia, alcanzó al 10,5% en el primer semestre contra el 7,7 % de enero-junio del año pasado. La explosión en Beirut incendia Líbano. La explosión del puerto de Beirut, que todos hemos visto en vídeos en las redes sociales, ha destruido gran parte de la ciudad, hay miles de heridos y cientos de muertos y desaparecidos. Miles de toneladas de nitrato de amonio, acumuladas sin tener en cuenta la seguridad del pueblo, han traído uno de los mayores desastres del capitalismo reciente. Tras la explosión, se ha reavivado toda la movilización y lucha social del año pasado, paralizada parcialmente por la pandemia. Miles toman las calles, cientos son detenidos, el Gobierno incluso ha enviado al ejército. La clase obrera libanesa ha tomado numerosos edificios del Gobierno, entre ellos el de exteriores, donde ha establecido el Cuartel de la Revolución. Otra arma del régimen es el sectarismo religioso, el cuál es uno de los pilares de su estabilidad. Sabemos que hay problemas, incluso en estas movilizaciones con respecto a este sectarismo, pero un gran sector de los movilizados está superando esas barreras, defendiendo la unidad por encima de toda religión. Cócteles molotovs, barricadas, sogas en las calles, toda una rebelión popular, el estado ya no es el único que ejerce el monopolio sobre la violencia. No solo se trata de la explosión, sino del régimen podrido y sectario, del desempleo, de la inflación, de la inestabilidad en la región, del imperialismo acechante. Las masas ya han conseguido su primera victoria, echar al Gobierno. Aún así no es más que una maniobra desesperada del régimen, cambiar un gobierno por otro afín. Pero las masas los quieren a todos fuera. Las movilizaciones y la lucha se extenderán por todos los países árabes, empezando por Iraq que ya ha retomado las calles. Una victoria revolucionaria en Líbano, ahora mismo, supondría un faro de esperanza no solo para la clase trabajadora árabe, sino para la de todo el mundo.
