Budu ráda za jakékoliv nápady z témat sportovního managementu&financování k další vědecké analýze 🤓 Master of Economics 🎓 The chapter of studying at @ekonomickafakultatul has come to an end, and I have finished the longest competition winning masters degree in economics🎉There were times when it cost me a lot of effort, nights of hitting the books, and stressful moments, but education is my lifelong goal, and Im glad I could manage both sport and studies. Many thanks to all my university teachers who lead me towards this success and were responsive to me, giving me an individual approach 🙏 My masters thesis concerns topic of project management and evaluating public projects in the sports environment based on a financial and CBA analysis. In cooperation with @olympijskytym, I analyzed their project of Olympic Festivals, which are very popular and have the potential to achieve worldwide acclaim. Since Im a fireball, there is not the end of my studies. There is still one more challenging year at @palestravs, where I study an MBA in sport management, ahead of me. Die Geldgeber (Sponsoren, wie der Bund/Sporthilfe) geraten in eine Rechtfertigungsschleife. Wieso kriegt der, aber ich nicht? Wo zieht man die Grenze? wie kann eine Sportförderung aussehen, die ALLEN die gleichen Chancen bietet? Genau deswegen bauen wir mit fairplaid Crowdfunding eine Infrastruktur auf, die dem Gesetz der Neutralität unterliegt. Bei uns ist es unerheblich, aus welcher Sportart, welcher Liga, welchem Ort oder von welchem Geschlecht das Projekt kommt. Gestern Nachmittag hatte ich ein spannendes Interview mit dem @merkur.de zu meiner Teilnahme bei @missgermany_official _________ Dabei wurde mir eine besondere Frage gestellt, die ich mir fast täglich in meinem Leben vor Augen führe: Stehst du hinter allem was du tust? Diese Frage wurde mir im Bezug auf das Modeln gestellt. Ein Beruf, der oft oberflächlich ist und wobei es meinst um den Massenkonsum geht. Wie steht das im Zusammenhang mit meinem Streben nach Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltschutz, Tierschutz oder Diversity? __________ Die Frage ist stark und ehrlich und ich kann sie aktuell in zweierlei Hinsicht für mich selbst beantworten: 1) mit Bewusstsein. Ich nehme nicht jeden Job einfach an, sondern mache mir viele Gedanken darüber wofür ich werbe und warum oder eben nicht. Natürlich würde ich mir am liebsten wünschen, es ginge in meinen Jobs immer nur um Naturverpacktes, Bio-Kosmetik und faire Mode, doch so ist es nicht. Noch nicht. Aber und damit komme ich zur zweiten Antwort 2) wenn man bewusst in einer bestimmten, wenig nachhaltigen Branche arbeitet und weiß, was man bewegen möchte, kann man viel erreichen und gezielt Änderungen anstoßen, die noch nicht da sind. Und das versuche ich jeden Tag. Bachelor Abschluss 🎓✔️ Wann warst du das letzte mal sich richtig stolz auf dich? ———————————————————————— Für viele ist ein Studienabschluss nichts besonderes. Aber ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich unheimlich stolz auf mich bin. 😭🙌🏻 Warum? Ich hab mir in der Schule nie leicht getan. Schon in der Realschule war ich dauernd kurz vor davor sitzen zu bleiben. Irgendwann wurde bei mir ADS diagnostiziert und die Medikamente haben zum Glück meine Konzentration so verbessert, dass ich letztendlich einen guten Abschluss geschafft habe. ✔️ Das Fachabi war ähnlich holprig. Trotzdem hab ich’s am Ende mit einer guten Note abgeschlossen. Dann kam das erste Studium, das mir gar nicht getaugt hat. Ich habe abgebrochen und hatte das Gefühl der größte Idiot der Welt zu sein... 🙄Alle studieren doch! Warum schaff ich das nicht? Warum fällt mir das alles so schwer!? ———————————————————————— Dazu kam ,dass sich der Teil meiner Familie, der dachte studieren ist nichts für mich natürlich unheimlich bestätigt gefühlt hat. Meine Familie wollte mich überreden das Studium durchzuziehen aber ich habe einfach gemerkt, dass ist nicht der richtige Weg für mich. ❌ Und die Entscheidung abzubrechen und ein neues Studium zu beginnen habe ich nie bereut. 😌 Jetzt hab ich es nach 4 Jahren tatsächlich geschafft 🙏🏻! She was one of the wonderful clients who recently spoke to our patron, The Duchess of Sussex about her experience at Smart Works. ⠀ After losing her job in lockdown Karla managed to land three different interviews. ⠀ Having been in her previous role for many years, she was worried about what to expect next. ЭТО ПРОВАЛ. 💠Я тут вот что подумала. Ведь если понаблюдать за разными людьми в течение одного рабочего дня, то станет заметно, насколько важно планирование времени. В сутках 24 часа, и кто-то успевает совмещать работу, учебу, спорт и личную жизнь, а кто-то даже с одной работой справляется неудовлетворительно. Кто-то строит карьеру, учит иностранный язык, получает второе высшее образование, а кто-то уже год не может заставить себя заняться английским или начать бегать по утрам! 💠Жизнь такая сука, вот ты нифига не делаешь, а времени все равно не хватает! Знакомо? И что получается, что мешает многим из нас успевать делать все задуманное? Смотрим правде в глаза, мы не умеет правильно планировать, пользоваться нашим временем, ну, или просто не хотим. 💠Пассивность, уныние и лень заставляют нас раз за разом откладывать важные дела и искать оправдания. Такс, мне тут умные люди подсказывают, что времени не станет больше, в сутках всегда будет 24 часа, а в неделе – 7 суток. А если вам вдруг показалось, что сейчас вы чересчур загружены, чтобы подступиться к бесконечному списку несделанного, следует подождать, не обманывайте себя! 💠Люди, которые все успевают, не супермены. Они так же ограничены во времени, так же устают, так же имеют семьи, друзей, увлечения и т. д. И у меня возникает вопрос: «КАК ВЫ ВСЕ ЭТО УСПЕВАЕТЕ?». Я, блин, захотела утром кофе выпить и пошла на кухню. По пути мне встретилась гостиная, где я увидела кота. Я погладила кота и забыла зачем шла на кухню. Моргнула и уже снова утро. Кааааак, Карл!
