You may remember in March I upgraded my kombucha making to a 15L fermenter. 👇🏻 Im very lucky to have a brewer boyfriend who has taught me to keg and carbonate my kombucha.. so now we have it (literaly) on tap! 👇🏻 This brew is ~80% Oolong tea, 20% green tea. I find the oolong is a more neutral flavour and much more forgiving than black tea booch, especially if you leave it fermenting a bit too long...
