✨ Ive always wished for bright and beautiful hair, but that meant I must bleach my hair but I was afraid, bleaching would make my hair more dry and damaged (since my hair was basically pretty dry even though I never bleached my hair, maybe because I curl my hair a lot ) 🥰But after doing some research, I found that hair color hidden behind my ears is quite interesting, the reason is because 1️⃣ No need to bleach all the hair 2️⃣ Easy to hide (because I work in the office, sometimes in need of an elegant manner) 3️⃣ Fit with all types of associations, since I still can “keep the girly outside and also can show a bit rock & roll inside” 🐻So after a night of thinking, I decided to go to the local hair salon which is @zazahair and do it right away !! 💇🏻♀️When I came here, I was consulted by @zazahair very carefully, I showed them the hairstyle that I wanted, then they would show me the color palette and suggest me which hair color would suit me best 🙆🏻♀️ And after all, I choose a combination of black and smoky gray 💇🏻The staff here do it quite carefully, while I was bleaching my hair, the staff came to check every 5 minutes to see if everything is ok, because my hair is quite dry so I only bleach my hair up to a certain amount 🙆🏻♀️After that, they use toner to neutralize hair color and bleach, so that hair color will retain its durability and beauty. 🧖🏻♀️And after nearly 4 hours, I finally got my hair more beautiful than I expected 🤩 ✨【ZaZa Hair】kiosk 1 & 2, 436 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia ( Bus Station ) 9AM - 6PM ( Close on Tuesday ) #zazahair #zaza #haircolor #haircoloring #haircolourist #haircolourinspo #haircolourtrends #greyhair #underneathhaircolor #blackgreyhair #chatswood #chatswoodhair #chatswoodhairdresser - @vivifean on Instagram

We were in the thick of saving for our wedding and our condo renovation when Patrick told me we should park some money as well in Sunlife insurance and investments. We didnt have a lot of money back then, we were young professionals just starting our hustle and figuring out our career paths while simultaneously also starting a life together, so I will be honest.. it was a painful financial decision to make. It required a lot of lifestyle adjustments on our end, we had to give up many little things that young adults our age were enjoying so freely.. Looking back, Im so grateful Patrick was sensible enough to think long term and to really be intentional in building a firm foundation for our future goals as individuals and as a couple. We still have a looooong way to go, many years to continue the hustle and we are bound to still experience a lot of obstacles, but it puts me at ease knowing that we are on a slow and steady path. Hi, new followers!! Taking a moment to reintroduce myself! 🌼I’m a mental health advocate. My dream is for mental health care to be accessible to all, especially to women and POC communities. I’m young in my journey of figuring out how, but I’m interested in: *policy interventions *partnering with practitioners *untangling the confusing world of insurance coverage *creating more spaces for culturally relevant care *destigmitizing mental health care 💌The best way I can contribute to destigmatizing now, in addition to building @jointhecosmos, is to tell my own story. I am an Aries, and a Gemini Moon, which means I come off passionate, social, outgoing when people first meet me. That is a real part of me!! ⚡️✨But I also have depression and anxiety.✨⚡️ I was “diagnosed” 3 years ago, when I sought therapy b/c I was completely beaten down by tech burnout and work trauma. 😭🥵I am new to taking anti-anxiety medication (Lexapro, it’s working so far!). I go to therapy, thanks to generous friends and family contributions to my therapy fund!! But I haven’t been able to afford it for a while, cuz #entrepreneur life. I practice meditation for 20 minutes a day by going on “meditation walks” (LOL, I can’t sit still) when I wake up. I write myself 💌love letters💌 every morning to practice speaking to myself with compassionate language b/c ya girl has hella negative thoughts. I realize I need a lot of love and emotional support but I struggle to ask for it without feeling like a burden. Even with all this “mental health care”, I have bad days that are just hard and I disappear into a dark tunnel. 🌪Mental health looks different for everyone. 💸 Know your worth • ••• 🤷🏽 Im not a full-time freelancer, I also dont actively look for freelance work. However if work finds me, I usually take it. ••• 💀 Before my current job, I tried my hand at freelancer.com and it was terrible. Like @developerdylan said in his tips, youll ended up competing again people who drive their prices into the floor. ••• 💲 I managed to get three projects on that site, one was quite a lot of frontend work for roughly £15 so that I could add to my portfolio and it turned out to be a middle man that charged the actual customer a lot more. The second project was ok, around £125 for a couple hours frontend and the last project which was a couple of days work for about £10 got disputed and I never received even that small amount of money. ••• 🔑 I didnt do those jobs for the money, they were to test myself in a professional capacity. But even then, I should have known my worth. ••• 🤷🏽 Yesterday I quoted someone a price and timeline for a big front end project, they came back with a lower price and a shorter time frame. ••• ••• 😳 I declined. ••• ••• 😎 Dont drive yourself in to the ground for a little more cash. Hosting with @raematrix for the past 2 months was nothing but pure joy and happiness. Every week, I count my blessings that I am hosting alongside one of the most capable and supportive person I’ve known. Live-streaming is still something pretty new to me, but because I’m doing it with you, I know we can overcome anything. Beyond hosting, what I enjoyed more are our late night conversations before our show, and our early morning MRT rides. Though we have only known each other for a short period of time, we have had so many great conversations.
