Sambil nikmatin makan siang, aku mau share experience waktu staycation di Harris Hotel Sentul City Bogor nih! Dimulai dari Breakfastnya dulu kali yaaa 👌🏻 . Jujur aku tuh suka males bangun pagi-pagi buat sarapan, jadinya suka mepet-mepet jam bfastnya selesai. Nah, di Harris Sentul ini bfastnya itu udah bisa buffet di restorannya langsung dari jam 06.00-10.00. Ini poin plus sih menurutku, karena sampai jam 09.30 aku belum turun juga, FO-nya telfon ke kamar dan bertanya apakah aku sudah sarapan atau belum. Really appreciate their service 👏🏻 . Pas sampai restoran, ada alat untuk cek suhu tubuh dan handsanitizer otomatis. Selain itu juga disediakan sarung tangan plastik. Walaupun udah mepet jam bfast selesai, ternyata menunya masih komplit! Seneng deh, karena biasanya udah banyak yang kosong 🤣 Terus menunya itu mostly diambilkan langsung sama staffnya. Kemarin sempet mau ambil sendiri, tapi ada staff yang sigap buat bantu ambilin. This past weekend, I did a virtual breathwork mastermind with the amazing @abeheisler to reset our minds to create more focus and clarity giving us internal leverage. I learned so much and here are few things I want to share that blew my mind… 1️⃣You can have both feminine and masculine energy in your business Masculine energy is all about working towards the next goal, making progress, and getting things done. And…in the business world, it is very much a masculine dominated energy. “Hit 10K+ months, scale faster, hustle harder” “If you’re not working 120+ hours/week like Elon Musk, you’re doing something wrong.” But this energy can be detrimental to have in the long-run. Meeting goals are great but what about having a good work/life balance? Feminine energy is needed to create this balance. “You are worthy, no matter, the results of your work” “You can have a day off and still be profitable” Like bamboo, it’s about being firm but flexible at the same time. 👉 I give myself permission to harness masculine and feminine energy in my business. 2️⃣You can always rewrite your stories In the breathwork, the most powerful things I took away was everyone’s life stories. Many people who I was in the room with were very successful entrepreneurs but you would’ve never thought they had gone through some very traumatic experiences to reach to this point in their lives. I have so much respect for people who have gone through really tough things that could’ve broken them. Instead, they used it as an opportunity to re-write new stories. 👉I give myself permission to let go of stories that doesn’t serve me anymore and rewrite ones that do. 3️⃣You deserve healing The moment I just focus on breathing…I let go of worry, stress, and limiting beliefs so I can flood the body with oxygen, gratefulness, and peace. 👉I give myself permission to heal deep emotional trauma so when the same emotional experiences comes up, it no longer triggers me. Drop your ego mannnnnn. 💟 Focus on the positive, even in the worst of situations look for the silver lining. Focusing on the negative stops you from seeing all the good that is happening around you and it also attracts more negative duh! 💟 Lastly, sharpen up your faith + gratitude. Faith in yourself, in God, and faith that everything is going to work out for you. Unwavering faith is the type of stuff that moves mountains. Giving gratitude every day not only raises your vibe + opens you up to receive, it also shifts your focus from what you are lacking to what you have in abundance which hello attracts more abundance. Guys you can really make a big difference in your day to day life with a few tweaks to your mindset. It really is that simple but ultimately it’s up to you to make it happen. I hope this helps. Они просто разносили лобби, при этом их мамы и папы стоюли с чашками кофе и будто не замечали их, ну или изредка улыбались мимо пробегающему чаду.😲 ⠀ Всмысле???? Как так можно? 😡 ⠀ Но вот я в Италии и могу сказать, что здесь к детям относятся так же! Детям можно все, на них практически молятся! We were in the thick of saving for our wedding and our condo renovation when Patrick told me we should park some money as well in Sunlife insurance and investments. Our dogs have a routine, not a schedule. I’ve found that by upholding an orderly routine, INSTEAD of a timely schedule, I’m able to give my dogs the consistency and structure that they thrive on, without the anxiety that usually comes along with it. They get up when 𝘸𝘦 decide to start our days- not when the clock strikes 9 am and they demand to be let out of their kennels. They eat after 𝘸𝘦 take them out to go potty - not when it’s 10 am & they’re pacing by their food bowls waiting anxiously. They go on their structured walks after they’ve been in “place”/kennels for a few hours or until 𝘐’𝘮 done doing work/errands. Are you picking up a pattern here? My point is - as the leader of my pack, 𝙄 determine how our days go, which eliminates the pressure for them to make decisions on their own while still letting them know what they can expect. In the grand scheme of things, you’ll find that they will have a much easier time learning how to be calmer, faster (which is a huuuuge thing for reactive dogs!). Furthermore, this make them much more flexible and adaptable - awesome for traveling, moving, and life changes (like COVID 🤧). This little boy taught me to be a cat lover. I never thought I’d own a cat in my lifetime. Hubby and I have always been dog lovers and we actually have 5 dogs at home that we introduced to Riley when he was still a baby. We had no idea why Riley love cats (more than dogs). His eyes just lit up every time he sees a cat so now we have 2 kitties, Carson (exotic shorthair), and Fury (Persian). Surprisingly they get along with one of our Chihuahua, Dustee, they are like bffs and Riley enjoys playing with the three of them. Still figuring out how to train our cats not to mess up with my plants and scratch our furnitures though. If you guys have some tips do comment down below or dm me, would appreciate it.
