Richard Sands, is an older gentleman with super human strength (Normally you need 4 guys to pick up a 6500watt generator, or 2 guys and one Rico). Equal to his strength is his lighting skills. Probably one of the best in the industry. He used to have a terrible temper back in the day, but has since mellowed, I used to love watching his outbursts on set. . .
