Ich frage mich weshalb Nacktheit doch noch so ein großes Tabuthema in unserer Gesellschaft ist und dies viele mit Sexualität in Verbindung bringen. Sind wir nicht alle irgendwie nackt unter unserer Kleidung und sollten wir die Aktfotografie nicht eher als Kunst statt Pornographie betrachten? Mir wurde als kleines Kind schon beigebracht, dass Nacktheit nichts besonderes oder schlimmes ist - wofür ich meinen Eltern auch sehr dankbar bin. Все, что вы хотели знать про здоровый сон. 😴 Именно он - это самое важное для здоровья, не одно из, а первостепенное. Во сне у нас формируется иммунитет. Недосып просто убивает наш мозг, потому что в течении дня он отравляется токсинами, а выводятся они только во время сна. На это требуется от 7 до 9 часов. Некоторым людям нужно 12! 😴 Как это определить? Две недели ложитесь спать в одно и то же время и просыпайтесь без будильника. Затем сложите все получившиеся часы между собой и разделите на 14. Ну что, сколько получилось? 😴 Я из тех, кому для полного счастья нужно от 10 часов сна. И особые требования у меня к месту сна, а именно жесткости матраса. 😴 Когда я ровняла себе осанку, то привыкла спать на твердом, поэтому предпочитаю пол мягким перинам. И за несколько лет привыкла к ортопедической подушке, которую теперь буду возить с собой везде. 😴 Не стоит пренебрегать гигиеной сна. Ведь спать на кривом диване или мягкой подушке не менее вредно, чем не спать вообще. Для здоровья ваших спины и шеи, красоты глаз и крепости сна рекомендую приобрести ортопедические подушку и матрас. У меня после жизни в центре Парижа с собой всегда беруши и маска. 😴 Если же у вас проблемы с засыпанием даже в темном и тихом помещении, значит ваша нервная система перегружена и нуждается в особом уходе. И у меня, как всегда, есть йогический метод для решения этой проблемы. 😴 Шавасана переводится с санскрита как поза трупа. И это это одна из самых сложных, но и самых любимых асан. Основная задача практикующего в Шавасане - расслабиться и при этом не заснуть.
