Appreciating your body for its abilities, more so then just how it looks physically. ✨ . When you can shift your focus on WHY you value your body for all it does for you this allows you to cherish ALL of you, starting from within, as the qualities associated to what your body does for you allows you to reflect on your VALUE and how it comes from a place much deeper within.✨ .
