Big crush day yesterday. We started with crushing a ton of Seyval Blanc before sunrise and ended working two tons of Pinot Noir Rosé well into the night. . Hard to get more local than this. The Pinot Noir Rosé was grown a couple hundred yards from the crush pad. We crushed/destemmed and gave it around 5 hours of skin contact before one light pressing. Im loving the color at this point and excited to see how this rosé progresses through the coming weeks. .
