āļøEASY MEAL ROTATIONāļø for the weeks ahead! Im sharing this a few days before October actually startsš in case it helps you plan some simple family meals this week and the ones after. This is the method I use to feed my family and also stay (mostlyš¤£!) sane. Its a two week rotationāso you have the same basic category of meal every other weekāwhich cuts down on decision fatigue, helps the kids see foods regularly so they become used to them (and possibly more prone to trying them!), and allows you to batch cook meals and stash the second half in the freezer for a future week. ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā āļøYou can sub in other meals you prefer.
