Если съёмка будет на природе, в парке, не надевайте строгие костюмы или нарядные платья. ⠀ 🍁Единый стиль одежды для всех героев съёмки. ⠀ 🍁Вещи должны быть одинаковыми по теплоте. Будет очень не гармонично, если одни будут в футболках, а другие в куртках. ⠀ 🍁Очень важны цветовые решения. Не одевайте всех членов семьи в одинаковый цвет. Чередуйте их: у кого-то верх, у кого-низ, кто-то полностью в этом цвете! Если вазникают сложности в составлении комплекта из нескольких цветов, возьмите базовый цвет (серый или бежевый), добавьте к нему любой подходящий к осенней гамме оттенок, например, жёлтый и бордовый, синий и оранжевый или желтый и зелёный. ⠀⠀ Если же вы готовитесь к фотосессии большой семьёй, то, как раз, за основу и стоит взять базовые цвета. ⠀⠀ ❌Не используйте кислотные цвета ⠀ 🍁Используйте аксессуары - шапки, шляпы, шарфы, шали и т.д. The beautiful and glamorous Ruth💕 . I made this dress out of tulle and did this photoshoot back in March when I had my spring break from my studies. My classes all got moved online and so did all 3 of my childrens classes due to quarantine. My son was in 2nd grade so my days were spent helping him with his schoolwork and then doing mine. . This summer i took 2 additional classes ( Developmental Psychology and Communication-if you want to see my speeches for thqt class I have them in my YouTube-link in bio) and as soon as I was finished with my finals the kids all started their classes again online so my days are spent helping my now 3rd grader until his last zoom at 2:45 and then working on my microbiology and pathophysiology classes. I finally got around to editing some pictures lately and this one was high on my list of pictures to edit. I spend way too much time in front of the compute lately however; squeezing in some editing of my clients and nieces are always something I look forward to. - @diana_veronica_photography on Instagram

🎗On December 4th, 2011 my daughter Ava was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor called #dipg. DIPG is terminal upon diagnosis and one of the most devastating brain tumor diagnosis for a child. There is no cure and all children who receive this diagnosis will pass away within two years. ⠀ ⠀ We were told she would have roughly 9-12 more months with us. Shock, disbelief and hopelessness filled those first few weeks.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ But Avas spirit was truly one of strength. She constantly made me laugh, even when all I wanted to do was cry. It was because of her love and courage that I was able to spend her last few months enjoying simple moments with her and making her dreams come true. It was because of her that I was able to have HOPE. Im so grateful for the memories we made during that time together. ⠀ ⠀ I still have HOPE that one day there will be a treatment for kids with dipg. That it will no longer be the devastating diagnosis that it is today. Thank you for going gold this month and sharing awareness. Но товар, как говориться нужно показывать лицом. ⠀ Сегодняшние тренды в инстаграм достаточно сильно поменялись и не достаточно показать красивые фоточки, за что тебя усыпят лайками и комментариями с ног до головы. А уж для того, что бы на тебя подписались, нужно вообще горы свернуть))) а вы наверно знаете, что от популярности поста зависит охват и вывод в топ, а соответственно и привлечение потенциальных клиентов. И вот, теперь фотографу нужно не только фотографировать и обрабатывать, но и «продавать» себя, быть интересным подписчикам и заниматься своим продвижением. И чтобы за фоточкой был такой текст, от которого мурашки по телу побегут)) Писатель из меня никакой, а научиться можно многому, лишь бы было желание. ⠀ И вот, я начала поиски учителя по написанию сторителлинга. Да-да, мы всегда чему-то учимся ))) Найдя интересный курс я решила познакомиться поближе с преподавателем. Мне показалось, что просто отзывов на сайте не достаточно. Захотелось узнать о преподавателе, посмотреть как бы изнутри. Но ведь правда, это же совершенно нормальное желание вдохновится текстами, энергией, словом, стилем учителя. ⠀ Конечно, деньги не большие за курс, но для кого-то и они не малые. Да и самый острый ресурс на сегодняшнее день - время, потраченное на прохождение курса. Заглянула на страничку в ИГ и взгрустнула. Подписчиков около тысячи, а постов за лето 3! В одном из них она как раз пишет, что ее спросили: «разве может чему-то научить преподаватель, у которого тысяча подписчиков?». В ответ она вспомнила свою маму преподавателя с 30 летним стажем и отсутствием у нее странички в ИГ и родителей ее учеников не сомневающихся в ее профессионализме. ⠀ Не могу согласиться с ее примером про маму. Слишком разные профессии. Это как выбирать пилота самолета, на котором вы полетите на отдых. Llegamos a Canadá hace 16 años, mi esposo, mi hijo que para ese entonces tenía 3 años de edad, y yo. Un par de años después ingresó a la escuela. El primer año todo parecía normal, pero yo percibía que mi hijo no disfrutaba la escuela, algunas veces llegaba muy triste y otras llorando por las burlas de sus compañeros (por ser hispano y porque no hablaba ni entendía bien el inglés). Eso me partía el corazón pues en lugar de que disfrutara esa primera etapa escolar, parecía que lo estábamos obligando a ir a un lugar donde él no quería estar. Cuando busqué una respuesta, los profesores me decían “no se preocupe, eso es normal, pasará con el tiempo, así que decidimos esperar. Pasó un tiempo y nada cambiaba, al reunirme de nuevo con la directora de la escuela me insinuó que el niño debía ser medicado para que de esta manera se pudiera adaptar al sistema escolar. Pero yo sabía que tenía que haber algo más para ayudar a mi hijo, tenía que haber un sistema diferente donde -sin excluirlo- él pudiera aprender a explotar sus capacidades, un sistema que no le dijera “no puedes, no perteneces”. Con mi esposo empezamos a investigar todas las alternativas para poder enseñar a nuestro hijo fuera de una escuela regular, y fue así como una persona me introdujo al mundo del homeschooling. Hard to say who was more curious - the sea lion or my daughter? I have never witnessed such a connection between an animal and humans. The sea lion would follow us up and down the length of the glass, occasionally blowing bubbles at my daughter and being rather playful with her. It really was remarkable and I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Also, just have to give a huge shout out to @ardelle_neubert - I’m taking The Mindful Approach class right now and I can’t say enough good things about it. This was shot during our second week of class and I can feel a change in the way I think & shoot! September is always my fav month to photograph, but this year has been so tough. The wildfires in Oregon made my heartbroken, many people died, and lost their home 😭. Sharing an old image... very late in the night because I can’t sleep. This image I come back to often when I am missing my Dad. I took it in the very spot he passed in his woods... a year later. Now this past Aug marked 2 years. 2 years without hearing his voice except when I can muster up enough strength to listen to a book he recorded himself reading for my daughters one Christmas. Over 2 years of not seeing him waiting in the driveway when we pulled in to visit for the weekend. 2 years of not receiving any texts telling me he loved me. 2 years of no breakfasts cooked especially by him. I can’t help but think how would this crazy ass year of 2020 would be with him in it. Would we talk about how hard it is to see loved ones act unlike themselves and be cruel to others for not sharing the same views? Would we dive deep into history lessons... I loved watching the History channel with him growing up. It was never just watching the show... he always had so much to say and add. Or would he be getting upset with me because I keep wanting to buy a big old home even though they are so much work... he was never a fan of my love for old homes. Sometimes when I walk into a tour of a home... I can hear him pointing out things why I should pass and go look at a new home. It’s crazy the things you will miss from a loved one that once had drove you crazy. What I’d give to be lectured by him right now... “look at newer homes Margaret, you don’t need all that extra work” He rarely called me Bobbi... mostly Margaret. Why? I am not sure. He gave everyone he met his own nickname for them. Back to why I come to this photo time and time again... it’s me surrounded by his love. Summer’s child…🌿 . I often describe the process of taking photos as creating a moment where I feel as though I’m peeking through a portal, something akin to a tear in the fabric of this world, looking into another.

While taking this shot of Scarlett in the woods, my subconscious noticed something that I only saw later when I was going through the pictures. . The location and angle I’d chosen to shoot from had created a natural circular framing around Scarlett. This circle you see exists in real life, the only part I shifted to complete it is the bottom left corner. This might sound weird to a lot of people, and I’m sure some might roll their eyes at this post. I’ve been away from Instagram for a few weeks. My cat Dharma was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma of the stomach at the end of May. He was sick off and on since February. Then suddenly lost a lot of weight, and stopped eating. Four doctors later and we got our diagnosis. I’m heartbroken. We have decided to do chemo. Despite the aggressiveness of the cancer. He’s been doing well so far. But being the pessimist that I am, I constantly worry. I know he is just a cat to some. But he has been with me for 12 years. As long as I’ve been married and living on my own. My husband who is a pilot in my military, has deployed 7 times and been tdy more than I can count. Dharm has been there on those lonely days. Those hard moves. Then the birth of Penelope. He was there to greet her when she came home. The days where I struggled, as every parent does, he was there. He is Pen’s best friend. He’s a part of our family. This came so suddenly, that it took me a while to let it sink in. I’m sorry if this post doesn’t resonate with you. This has been hard on me. I’m not super transparent on my social media, but sometimes I feel the need to share my feelings. Would you have guessed that this portrait was shot at the shallow end of my underwater studio, in just 1.2m (4 feet) of water? I use a huge black cloth to create these inky abyss backgrounds. Ich bin dafür, dass man die Bilder ausdrückt! Für meine Kids erstelle ich jedes Jahr ein Fotobuch und das finden sie so toll! Die Kleine schauet auch stundenweise die Fotos und erzählt jedes mal wo sie schön war! Spirit of the wood. Every forest need a guardian. There used to be many, but then the woods grew smaller and smaller and they were chopped down with the trees. The guardians’ job is to protect the forest and its inhabitants. You can often see a forset spirit in the last light before sun down. They will be close to the forest’s borders and observe you while you walk past, but to everyone else they will just look like a light fog in the corner of one’s vision. They will melt into the surrounding trees if you try and get closer, making them impossible to see. They cannot be seen during the day. Although, you will feel a small tingling and your hair rising when they look at you. They will hide in the shadows cast by the trees when you look behind you to see who is there. However, if one were to be so lucky and rescue a forest spirit, from being chopped down or the like, then it would always be ready to return the favour. Could be by magically growing a big oak tree to protect you from an incoming car with full speed, or something as simply as a swing for one’s children. If your children starts speaking about a playmate who lives on the edge of the forest and has a fantastic ability to talk to animals and trees, then you can be certain it’s a forest spirit you have saved previously, who has now decided that your family has honourable traits and your children must, therefore, also be protected. Forest spirits are a strange and mystical race. Nobody really knows how old they are, or where they are originally from. Even the old elves told of how they had to fight creatures that were as much forest as they were race. At last the elves had to pray for peace, and it was about this same time that humans got down from the trees that had previously guarded them and protected them. So many of you have made comments and sent messages that are quite simply humbling :) Your response to the work has been lovely but those of you who have written to share your experiences of anxiety and depression, your messages have been...quite moving. Some of you I have known for years yet only now are you sharing the fact that you have struggled with anxiety for years. Some of you I have never met, yet still you’ve written and shared your experience openly. If my posts, these images, and the story behind them helped you to open up about the condition then I a can’t tell you how touched I am and proud of you for speaking openly. I only spoke about my experience to print vide context for this work. Please don’t think that by finding a way out of Anxiety that I have achieved something extraordinary. It is still with me lurking in the background but I have managed to recognise it, manage it and overcome it. YOU can too! Anxiety and depression CAN be overcome. Help is out there, share what you’re feeling openly and open up to accepting help. There’s no more weakness in anxiety and depression than there is in toothache or a migraine! Something in the world around us is causing us to break emotionally, millions of us. Just like something in the air is giving millions of us Asthma and breathing difficulties. It’s really ok to say you’re suffering! Speak out and start getting better. Spirit For as long she could remember she felt trapped by life, like being a viewer to a bad play over and over again, with no possibility of running away. Tied to her seat while everyone around her could walk away. Her mind had always been a happy and playful place, where she could spend hours imagining herself flying between the dark rain clouds, and sit on the bottom of the deep dark seas and envision herself talk to all the fish, and running through the old green forests with all its creatures. Though, growing older meant she had less time since she had to think about school, friends, and education instead, and as time passed she forgot that she was a part of life and instead became trapped by it. One day her parents invited her home after many years living away, but when she drove into the driveway an old tree at the top of the hill caught her eye. She remembered all the adventures and fairy tales she had experienced; laying on the grass in the treetop, by the sea in the forest, or playing around in the forest. It all came back, like lighting splintering through the blue sky, and her eyes filled with tears when she realized how much she truly had been trapped. She even had to stop the car and sit by the old oak tree and she decidedly tells herself that that will end. She wants to be a part of life again. It is a choice we all have. LEAF SHADOW DRAWING 🍃🌞 We did this last week on a sunny afternoon. I pegged the leaves up on some string between two chairs and Miss 4 carefully drew around the shadows. It was a great fine motor challenge for her and good for concentration and observational skills. В Ы Д Е Р Ж К А 📸 #подолянпрофото ⠀ Количество света, падающее на матрицу камеры зависит от размера диафрагмы объектива, и промежутка времени, в течение которого свет поступает на матрицу. Этот промежуток времени называется — временем экспозиции, регулируемым путем изменения скорости затвора – то есть параметра выдержки при настройке фотоаппарата. ⠀ 📸 В фотоаппарате обозначается следующем образом, 1/4 последняя цифра означает время в течении которого поступает свет на изображение. Одна четвертая секунды (1/4), одна секунда обозначается (1), а одна восьмитысячная (1/8000), чем больше значение, тем меньше времени на изображение попадает свет. ⠀ ❗При съемки без штатива не рекомендуется делать выдержку короче чем 1/60, так как можно получить эффект шевеленки (смазанной, не четкой фотографии). При съемке с рук необходимую выдержку, при которой не будет смаза, можно расчитать как 1/х, где х - фокусное расстояние вашего объектива. ⠀ 🔸Если вы снимаете детей или в движении (динамики), а может у вас съемка с животными. Для того что бы поймать нужный момент, ставьте выдержку как можно короче, не в ущерб творческой задумки съемки. ⠀ ➡ Что бы увеличение выдержки не сказалось на светосиле изображения, откройте диафрагму или поднимите немного исо. ⠀ Но чем опасны высокие значения исо и как работать с этим элементом я расскажу вам с следующем посте. ⠀ Так же буду рад ответить на ваши вопросы про выдержку ❤ - @igor_podolyan on Instagram

Поговаривали, на кладбище на Купалу горят огни, я, конечно, не верю в россказни, но без взрослых туда ни-ни. ⠀ Всё черешнево, дом в порядке, и у бабушки много сил: генералит шеренгой с грядками, может всё, что ни попроси. Жаль, что дед не увидит этого, вот однажды доем лапшу и открою его планету я, и в деталях нас опишу: ⠀ — Дед, смотри, какой я ракитовый, лазуритовый и большой! Some will say that photo editing is a deception. It creates images that are not real. But I prefer to see it as a photo “finishing”. It’s true that Photoshop editing can be used excessively to edit body proportions. This can lead to people viewing their bodies more negatively, as heavily edited photos can lead to women aspiring to have the impossible-to-achieve ‘Barbie’ figure. But it’s not the “finishing” that is to blame. It’s the ones who do it who are to blame As the saying goes, “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people”. In the right hands and with the right technique, it is perfectly possible to make any good picture into a real piece of art. But it does not happen by magic. It requires a lot of learning and training. Just like painting, drawing, or writing. Some will take the editing to simpler directions, with slight color corrections and perhaps a small amount of cropping. Some will build whole worlds of dreamy fantasy. Everyone has their own view of how to deliver the message and emotion. This is one of my favorite photo tricks: Day for Night! In this High School Senior Portrait we took Lauren out to the woods in Payson Arizona and shot in the shade of a the mountain with an hour and a half of daylight left. Lots of time to enjoy open shade, which allowed us to create anything we wanted. So we underexposed the forest, used a tungsten white balance and added warm gels to the #Profoto strobes. The #EOSR was stabilized on a rock (could have used a tripod). We used three lights: the #profotob10plus #profotoa1x and the #profotoc1plus (all which fit nicely in my assistant’s small Atlas Pack together with all of their modifiers and stands). A few little masking maneuvers in Photoshop in post removed some stray light and my assistant. Flip through the images to see each stage of the photo @profotoglobal @canonusa @profotousa @tethertools @atlaspacks Why have the light so close? Well, to make the scene believable the light from the lantern could only hit a few trees close to the subject, so the light had to be close. I knew kids where messy but nothing quite prepares you for the sheer chaos toddlers create when your back is turned. After having George I became a bit of a control freak and developed quite bad anxiety. Coping with the total disorder a child brings has been and still is a real struggle for me. The constant washing up, laundry, sweeping, tidying and cleaning is exhausting and no matter how hard I try Im always overwhelmed with it all. I know I shouldnt let it get to me but the simple fact is that it does, I cant relax in a room full of mess and the mental load of all the chores refuses to let me switch off. I try to relish in the rare moments of calm in my life but they are so few and fleeting it makes it difficult to get through the day without screaming (or crying) sometimes. Sorry to be such a downer today but motherhood is not easy and Im not going to pretend it is. Please ease my mum guilt and tell me Im not the only one that feels this way, or am I just loosing the plot? 🤣🤦‍♀️ .
