NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE SEA SALT PB CUPS i cannot contain my excitement over this recipe 🥳 it’s crunchy, salty, chocolatey + filled with lots of PB. and honestly, the freezer does more work in this recipe than you do! the most perfect salty + sweet treat 🥰a fan favorite! peanut butter layer: 1 cup oats 1/4 cup peanut butter (sub any nut/seed butter) 1/4 cup maple syrup (sub honey) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 teaspoon salt chocolate layer: 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil how to: 1️⃣combine all ingredients for the PB layer 2️⃣spray the bottom of a muffin tin with nonstick spray. spoon a heaping tbsp into each muffin tray (makes ~11 cups) 3️⃣using a spatula or the back of a spoon, smooth the PB mixture until it is flat + fills the bottom of the tray 4️⃣place tin in freezer for ~20 mins 5️⃣microwave chocolate chips + coconut oil until melted 6️⃣remove tin from freezer + top with chocolate 7️⃣for a salty finish, sprinkle each cup with sea salt OR place a pretzel on top 8️⃣put back in freezer for 20 mins prior to eating *store in freezer* #simpleeats 🤍 - @sarahs_simpleeats on Instagram

- Homemade Mall-Style Soft Pretzels. Ive been making these for over a decade now, and Im pretty positive Ive perfected them. Recipe in the comments.
Schönen guten Abend, ihr Lieben! 🌝 Hatte euch ja in meiner Story gefragt, welche Bowl-Variante ihr heute posten soll... Naja Ergebnis war ne knappe Kiste und mit 2 Stimmen mehr hat die 🥨🥜🍪-Caramel-Bowl oder auch Schale „gewonnen“. Und diejenigen, die mich bereits kennen, wissen, dass ich es wieder versucht habe etwas nährstoffreicher und verhältnismäßig kalorienfreundlicher zu gestalten. Die halbe Schale hat pappsatt gemacht und ich bin schon eher eine 🐛... Reicht also gut für 2-4 Portionen... oder auch eine. 🤪 Aber kurzum: war ganz geil, sättigend und auch 1-2 Tage später noch genießbar. 😉 Aber überzeugt euch am besten selbst und sagt mir gern eure Meinung dazu⁉️🥰 Rezept findet ihr auf dem letzten Bild als Rezeptkarte (Alternativen stehen wieder dabei) - speichert‘s euch gern ab! Ach und Rezept liest sich auf den ersten Blick evtl. länger bzw. aufwändiger als es tatsächlich ist... Geht echt einfach und schnell (ohne Wartezeit). - Havent had as much spare time to make sourdough since returning to full time work, so my girlfriend and I tried our hands at making pretzels.
Soft Pretzels & Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Pretzel Bites 🥨 . . . • 1 tbsp sugar • 2 tsp salt • @lidlus active dry yeast • 22 oz flour • 2 oz unsalted butter • 2/3 cup baking soda • 1 egg yolk • . . . 1. Warm 1 1⁄2 cups water to 100o F, and let it cool until it is just warm to touch. 2. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt & 1 packet of yeast to the water. 3. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes, until it starts to foam. 4. Mix in yeast mixture to 4 1⁄2 cups of flour and 2 oz. melted butter to form dough. 5. Let dough rise for 1 hour in a covered, oiled bowl. 6. After dough has risen (yay!) knead dough & roll into long strips. Use strips to form classic pretzel shape OR roll flat and stuff with buffalo chicken (we again used our Instant Pot roasted chicken + @lidlus buffalo wing sauce!) 7. Boil pretzels for 30 seconds in 10 cups of water with 2/3 cup of baking soda. 8. After taking pretzels out of water, gently brush with mixture of 1 egg yolk & 1 tablespoon water. Sprinkle sea salt on top. 9. Bake pretzels for 12-14 minutes at 350o F. 10. Serve with delicious @lidlus beer cheese! . . . I’ve been making soft sourdough pretzels for @kingstonstandard brewing company since they opened in May. It’s been a fun and challenging project. I use local flour from @farmergroundflour and @wildhivefarm and nothing beats the flavor of freshly milled flour that includes the wheat germ. As the seasons change, so does the temperature in the kitchen I work out of and the dough needs to go in the walk-in sooner in the height of summer and stay out for longer to ferment as the weather cools down. A few weeks ago a whole batch of pretzels went to waste because I was still treating the dough as if it was August and the dough and shaped pretzels didn’t get the time needed for a proper rise.
