Criminosos que atacaram bancos em Paim Filho em 2018, são condenados pelo Poder Judiciário Brigada Militar atuou na prisão dos criminosos Em decisão proferida no último dia 31 de agosto, o magistrado da Comarca de Sananduva Dr. Rafael Folador, emitiu sentença condenatória aos membros da quadrilha que atacou as agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho no dia 28 de setembro de 2018. No teor da sentença, as penas aos seis indivíduos oscilaram de 9 a 19 anos de reclusão conforme a participação de cada um na ação criminosa que impactou a pequena cidade. Relembre o caso Na manhã do dia 28 de setembro de 2018, bandidos fortemente armados atacaram de forma simultânea duas agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho. Durante a ação, os criminosos utilizaram clientes para formar um cordão humano em frente as agências impedindo a reação policial. Em seguida, após subtraírem valores dos bancos, armas e coletes balísticos dos vigilantes, iniciaram fuga levando consigo algumas pessoas como reféns. A Brigada Militar iniciou o acompanhamento com toda cautela necessária para resguardar a integridade física das vítimas. Foi montado um cerco na região, sendo capturados pelos policiais militares indivíduos que participaram na execução do plano da quadrilha largando miguelitos (pregos retorcidos) nos acessos a cidade, para dificultar o trabalho policial. Os trabalhos de buscas seguiram de forma ininterrupta, sendo que no dia seguinte na cidade de Maximiliano de Almeida mais três indivíduos presos pela Brigada, com materiais utilizados na ação e uma das armas levada dos vigilantes das agências assaltadas. A Polícia Civil também intensificou as investigações chegando a outros membros da quadrilha, trazendo um farto conjunto probatório no inquérito policial produzido, subsidiando a denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público. Corporal Ciara M. Durkin - Remembering an American Hero Army Corporal Ciara M. Durkin, 30, of Quincy, Mass.; was Killed In Action on this day in 2007 at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. Ciara was assigned to the 726th Finance Battalion, Massachusetts Army National Guard, West Newton, Mass. Durkin was a 1996 graduate of Fontbonne Academy in Milton and joined the Army National Guard in October 2005. Ciara was the type of person who would go out of her way to help someone in need. In April of 2004, they credited Ciara with helping save the life of a contractor who fell 26 feet after slipping off a ladder in the building that she had worked. She was passionate about her job, which included making sure the soldiers finances were in order and that their families were getting benefits. She wanted to be somewhere where she could help. Durkin loved life and her family. While home on leave, she made time for all her nieces and nephews and helped one of her sisters finish some home remolding projects. She talked about buying a home with her brother Pierce. Ciaras family and friends are always in our thoughts, especially today, as they remember their loved one. बड़ी खबर: ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और RC रखने की टेंशन आज से खत्म, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक दस्तावेज होंगे मान्य यदि आप वाहन चालक हैं या आपके पास गाड़ी है तो यह आपके लिए जरूरी खबर है। गाड़ी से जुड़े जरूरी दस्तावेजों को हमेशा साथ रखने के नियम में आज से अहम बदलाव हो रहे हैं। सरकार ने ड्राइवरों के उत्पीड़न को रोकने और डिजिटाइजेशन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सेंट्रल मोटर वीकल रूल्स, 1989 में संशोधन किए हैं। अब गाड़ी की आरसी, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जैसे दस्तावेजों की मूल कॉपी साथ रखना जरूरी नहीं होगा। इनकी डिजिटल प्रतियों को दिखाकर काम हो सकेगा। आइए जानते हैं, नियमों में हुए हैं क्या बदलाव… 🔺 गाड़ी के दस्तावेजों का फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन जरूरी नहीं: वाहन से जुड़े सभी दस्तावेजों की डिजिटल प्रतियों को स्वीकार किया जा सकेगा। किसी भी जांच के लिए उनके फिजिकल फॉर्म में मौजूद होने की जरूरत नहीं है। यह नियम उस स्थिति में भी लागू होगा, जब किसी अपराध की स्थिति में इन दस्तावेजों को जब्त करने की जरूरत हो। इसके अलावा ई-चालान भी सरकार के डिजिटल पोर्टल पर मुहैया कराए जाएंगे ताकि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले उसके बारे में पूरी जानकारी हासिल कर सकें। 🔺 लाइसेंस अमान्य होने की स्थिति में क्या होगा: यदि ऐसी स्थिति आती है कि ड्राइवर के लाइसेंस को अमान्य किए जाने की जरूरत है तो यह प्रक्रिया भी डिजिटल ही होगी। अथॉरिटीज की ओर से इसकी रिपोर्ट डिजिटल पोर्टल को की जाएगी। वहां ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस का ब्योरा अपडेट करते हुए उसे अमान्य कर दिया जाएगा। नए नियमों में इस बात का भी प्रावधान किया गया है कि गाड़ी चलाते समय सिर्फ रूट नेविगेशन (रास्ता देखने के लिए) के लिए हाथ में मोबाइल या इसके जैसे डिवाइस का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, लेकिन यह भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि ड्राइवर का ध्यान न भटके. हालांकि, ड्राइविंग के दौरान फोन पर बात करने की छूट नहीं है, यानी पहले की तरह 1 अक्टूबर से भी ड्राइविंग करते समय मोबाइल से बात करने पर एक हजार से पांच हजार रुपये तक जुर्माना लग सकता है. सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने बयान में कहा, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने मोटर वीइकल रूल्स 1989 में किए गए विभिन्न संशोधनों के बारे में अधिसूचना जारी की है, जिसमें मोटर वीइकल रूल्स की बेहतर निगरानी और क्रियान्वयन के लिए 1 अक्टूबर 2020 से पोर्टल के माध्यम से वाहन संबंधी दस्तावेज और ई-चालान का रखरखाव किया जा सकेगा. - @prayagrajbeats on Instagram
