One pot for this dinner Chicken and Veggie Stew Makes 6 servings Per serving 1/2 Leaner protein 3 Greens 2 1/3 condiments 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast 1 green pepper 1/4 cup onion 1 cup celery, 1 cup mixed red, yellow and orange peppers, 2 cups zucchini 1/4 cup habanera peppers 4 cups canned diced tomatoes 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 Tbs parsley 3 cloves garlic 2 Tbs lime juice 2 tsp cumin Directions: 1. Cut chicken into cubes and cook until brown. 2. Chop peppers, onion, habanero peppers, celery, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and cumin add to pot. Sauté with chicken 3. Add tomatoes and lime juice. Simmer for 30 minutes (add a little water if necessary) 4. Stir in chopped zucchini. 5. Simmer about 15 minutes longer. - @milosutton_health on Instagram

CHEETOS 🤤 First time I’ve seen this flavor in Australia, found it at a local Asian grocer in Canberra (quite surprised). Comment below if you get addicted to Cheetos!! (I can eat a whole bag in one sitting 🥺) Apparently, it’s says Umakara on the packaging, which is Japanese for yummy and spicy.
