Today Birthday To Great Playback Singer Bharat Ratan @lata_mangeshkar ji Lata Mangeshkar is an Indian playback singer and music director. She is one of the best-known and most respected playback singers in India.. Born: 28 September 1929 (age 91 years), Indore Nickname: The Nightingale of Bollywood Awards: Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, more Siblings: Asha Bhosle, Usha Mangeshkar, Hridaynath Mangeshkar, Meena Khadikar... In 1942, when Lata was 13, her father died of heart disease. Master Vinayak (Vinayak Damodar Karnataki), the owner of Navyug Chitrapat movie company and a close friend of the Mangeshkar family, took care of them. He helped Lata get started in a career as a singer and actress. Lata sang the song Naachu Yaa Gade, Khelu Saari Mani Haus Bhaari, which was composed by Sadashivrao Nevrekar for Vasant Joglekars Marathi movie Kiti Hasaal (1942), but the song was dropped from the final cut. Vinayak gave her a small role in Navyug Chitrapats Marathi movie Pahili Mangalaa-gaur (1942), in which she sang Natali Chaitraachi Navalaai which was composed by Dada Chandekar.[9] Her first Hindi song was Mata Ek Sapoot Ki Duniya Badal De Tu for the Marathi film Gajaabhaau (1943). FAQ # 2: How do you manage to do so much in a day even with a toddler? Meet Kusum bai. She is not only Zos nanny, but was also MY nanny from the time I was born! Both my parents were working, and it was Kusum bai who helped bring up my brother and me. How lucky are we that she is still around and healthy and enthusiastic to bring up my child now?! (She keeps urging me to have one more child while shes fit enough, haha, but Im not so sure about that!) Finding someone you can trust with your child and your home is the biggest challenge for working parents. Dhruv and I are doubly fortunate to have our parents living in Pune too, thats another blessing for Zo and us. Ive talked many times about the fact that I have a strong support system at home as well as at class, thats how I can balance things, its not only will power and some inextinguishable inner fire to work at maximum capacity. For some people it might be, and they are truly superheroes, but I know my limitations and that I wouldnt have been able to function without help. Am I privileged? Definitely. Am I spoilt? Maybe. Am I making the most of the resources I have to fulfill my personal and professional goals happily, without worrying about what people on social media think? Absolutely, and unapologetically! Do I experience my share of guilt as a parent, wondering if I am present enough? Sometimes. But I am discovering that guilt creeps up anyway, no matter how hard parents try. Women trained in digital literacy - Digital Didis - travel village to village to help women take control of their own digital mobility. Digital Didis help rural women take care of online bills like mobile and TV bills as well as other online transfers that they might otherwise find difficult to access. Vanita Shinde is a Digital Didi. One day, her client reached out to her because her husband had severe health issues. She needed Rs. 1000 immediately to pay for some medicines. Because Vanita has access to a digital wallet, she was able to help her client pay this bill. Vanita says she is so proud that she can help her community during the lockdown. Avós são pais com açúcar e eu posso garantir.... Tive uma infância incrível, aprendi com meus avós paternos vô Viva e vó Cacilda a ter muita fé, a gostar de coisas mais reservadas, o vô Viva era o vovô do desenho cão coragem, só quem conheceu aquele magrinho sabe o quanto era bom aquela farinha de biju com leite, o chimarrão virado mais gostoso que já tomei, carrego a marca do fogão a lenha até hoje, mas isso graças a minha mãe kkkkk A vó Cacilda tem os melhores quitutes culinários que você pode imaginar, um revirado de feijão com cebola e ovo frito que até hoje eu me derreto, sabe aquela casa de vó de interior? É a dela, aquele cheirinho de café passado no coador de pano, o fogão a lenha .... Não temos nenhuma foto recente juntos, o vô Viva já se foi, e a vó ainda segue lá firme e forte e graças a ela seguimos também, continua com sua fé inabalável e nos fortalecendo com suas orações, nos cuidando com amor em oração. Com meus avós maternos aprendi a ser zoeira 🤪 Comecei a trabalhar muito cedo, mas garanto que nunca foi uma coisa ruim eu ia com a minha avó materna a dona Sueli pra uma fazenda depois do lami e fazíamos a festa nós duas kkkk, que fase boa, eu já fiz essa senhora fazer xixi nas calças algumas vezes mas era de tanto dar risada 😂 Passamos 9 vezes juntas Natal e ano novo só nos duas naquela cozinha cozinhando tipo doida, serve café, almoço, chá da tarde, janta ... Meu Deus credo que hora se para de comer, mas era muito divertido pra nós porque eu aprontava e comia bastante kkkkk Meu avô querido seu Ruy meu eterno papai Noel, a meu Noel amado tu faz falta aqui, muita falta, o temperinho do vô ainda faz muito sucesso, mas faz falta teus gritos quando a gente tentava tirar teus pelinhos da orelha kkkkkk ou quando tu pedia pra cortar a unha, aí aí tá cortando meu dedo fora que isso kkkkk ah vó Ruy que doideira 14 dias depois que eu voltei pra Porto Alegre tu se foi, agradeço pelas marcas de amor que deixou em mim te amarei pra sempre. Ontem aniversário da vó Sueli e não pude cantar o parabéns com ela, foi ruim mas sei que é melhor nesse momento de pandemia e trabalho em hospital. അച്ചപ്പം കഥകൾ ഒരു വാക്ക് : അച്ഛൻ പോയിട്ട് ഒരു മാസം. അച്ചപ്പം കഥകൾ എഴുതി തുടങ്ങിയത് അച്ഛനെ ഒന്ന് കളിയാക്കണം എന്ന ഉദ്ദേശത്തോടെ തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു, ആ കളിയാക്കൽ ഏറ്റവും രസിക്കുന്നത് അച്ഛൻ തന്നെ ആവും എന്ന ഉറപ്പോടെ. ആദ്യത്തെ കഥ വായിച്ച് ഒരു സുഹൃത്ത് പറഞ്ഞു ഒരു പത്തു കഥകൾ എഴുതൂ നമുക്ക് അത് ഒരു പുസ്തകമാക്കാം എന്ന്. ആദ്യം അത് തമാശയായി തോന്നിയെങ്കിലും അച്ഛനോട് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ കിട്ടിയ മറുപടി, പത്തോ! ഒരു നൂറു കഥകൾ പറഞ്ഞുതരാം എന്നായിരുന്നു. അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ വന്നു പഴയ ഒരു പ്രേമലേഖനം കഥ! ആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ടു കഥകളിലും അച്ഛനെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള തമാശകൾ ആയിരുന്നു. അതൊക്കെ വായിച്ചു കേട്ടപ്പോ വല്യ പൊട്ടിച്ചിരികൾ ആയിരുന്നു അച്ഛന്റെ പ്രതികരണം. ഇങ്ങനെ ആയാൽ പത്തെണ്ണം ആകുമ്പോ എനിക്ക് പുറത്തിറങ്ങി നടക്കാൻ പറ്റൂല്ലല്ലോ ലേഖേ എന്നൊരു ഗദ്ഗദവും. പക്ഷെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ കഥയായ് ഞാൻ എഴുതിയത് അച്ഛന്റെ ഒപ്പമുള്ള ഒരു ബാല്യകാല ഓർമയാണ്. അതിലെ ഓരോ വരികൾ എഴുതിയതും അത് വായിച്ച് കേൾക്കുമ്പോഴുള്ള അച്ഛന്റെ മുഖം മനസ്സിൽ കണ്ടുകൊണ്ടാണ്. അത് അച്ഛന് വായിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാൻ പോയത് അച്ഛൻ പോയതിന് മൂന്ന് ദിവസം മുന്നേയും. അന്ന് പക്ഷെ നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ അച്ഛനെ അത് വായിച്ച് കേൾപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. ഇനി അച്ചപ്പം കഥകൾക്ക് ഒരു തുടർച്ച ഉണ്ടാകുമോ എന്നറിയില്ല. അച്ഛനെ വായിച്ച് കേൾപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയാതിരുന്ന ആ കഥ, അല്ല ആ ഓർമ്മക്കുറിപ്പ് ഇവിടെ കുറിക്കുന്നു, വാക്കുകളോ അക്ഷരങ്ങളോ ആവശ്യമില്ലാത്ത ലോകത്തിരുന്നു അച്ചപ്പം വായിക്കും എന്ന ഉറപ്പോടെ...
