What an inhumane act of a stranger who raped a mentally challenged young teen girl, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The teen girl got pregnant after the incident and gave birth to a baby. Police has failed to trace the culprit. The teen girl couldnt tell about the rapist, as she has learning disabilities. Its a very disturbing matter as the people with disabilities are unsafe in the society. Why this behaviour and mentality of the culprit? What does he think before committing such a heinous crime? Severest punishment should be given to culprits of disabled victims! We demand severe punishment and sentencing to such criminals!
