Si no estás siguiendo una receta, empieza con una pequeña cantidad y haz más cantidad si es necesario. . Mide la crema de leche en otro recipiente basándote en la relación anterior, según para que quieras utilizar el ganache. . Vierte la crema de leche en una olla y caliénta a fuego medio-bajo durante unos minutos. No es necesario que hierva, hay que tener cuidado de que no se salga. Con que esté caliente vale. Lo ideal es que puedas meter un dedo en la crema y mantenerlo durante 3 a 4 segundos sin quemarte. . En ese momento apaga el fuego. Incorpora el chocolate troceado y la mantequilla Torondoy. Cuanto más troceado esté, menos tardará en deshacerse. Deja que repose unos minutos para darle tiempo al chocolate para que se ablande y derrita. . As promised!!! 2 fab recipes using @liebersfoods black truffle oil. Truffle oil is a finishing oil. It’s not meant to be heated and a little goes a long way. Go from basic to gourmet with just a drizzle. Roasted Garlic Truffle Pesto: Approx 1 c basil leaves 1 head of roasted garlic (6-8 large cloves) 1/4-1/3 c olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice ( fresh) or more to taste 1/2 tbsp. nutritional yeast OR 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 c pine nuts 1-2 tbsp. @liebersfoods black truffle oil Recipe can be doubled easily Roast garlic- slice off top part of the head of garlic or use pre- peeled cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt, wrap in foil and bake at 375 for approx. 1 hour or until soft. Allow to cool. Wash and dry basil leaves, place in processor with nuts, garlic, salt , lemon and half of olive oil. Process until smooth, add the rest of the olive oil plus truffle oil. Tip: to thicken your pesto as you go feel free to add frozen basil cubes without any additional chopping and washing or checking. Great as a dip, spread, on noodles or zucchini noodles ( and fresh halved Cherry tomatoes) or serve alongside fish. We are now using our milk cartons as takeaway containers so we can give them a second life before being recycled. We’re hoping this can encourage more and more people & businesses to reuse and recycle as much as they can . . The best part of these cartons is that they are waterproof which is not only great for food but it also means they clean up perfectly! . . We will also purchase less takeaway packaging which has a great ripple effect on the resources used to produce and distribute takeaway packaging. . . Hola #candlelovers 🕯 Hace un tiempo que queríamos regalaros este post, así que ahí vamos. ¿A qué huele realmente la vela de Gabriel García Márquez? ✨ Esta vela huele a almendras amargas y el por qué de ese olor está claro. El libro «El amor en los tiempos del cólera» empieza así. «Era inevitable: El olor de las almendras amargas le recordaba siempre el destino de los amores contrariados.» Ese olor es muy característico pero no reconocible para todo el mundo, básicamente porque las almendras amargas están compuestas de cianuro. No conocemos bien ese olor y siempre que desconocemos una fragancia intentamos asociarla a algo que nos resulte familiar. En este caso le encontramos parecido con las cerezas ácidas (aunque muy remotamente) y también quizá a manzana muy madura o algún otro fruto cítrico. Siempre decís que os recuerda a cereza y a algo más que no sabéis identificar. En realidad no lleva nada parecido ni remotamente a la cereza, solo almendras dulces y amargas (sintético claro) 😄 y ese es el “algo” que no conocéis y que tanto os gusta. La mezcla ácida con el dulzor de la almendra normal. ¿Y de dónde salen esas almendras? No son un fruto malo sino el fruto de un almendro distinto al de la almendra común. ¿Alguna vez habéis encontrado una almendra amarga mientras comíais de estas? Pues deberíais saber que ese amargor en boca tiene un aroma maravilloso, pero sentimos deciros que habéis ingerido entre 0,5 y 3,5 mg/kg de cianuro, por lo que unas 50 almendras aproximadas son letales. Buenas hookeros, hoy os traigo la review del nuevo sabor que a entrado en españa de la marca @hookain_fanpage_esp FELLATIO(Sandia, Melón, Maracuya y Frutos del Bosque) Formato de 50 gramos. Comenzamos por el tipo de hoja y corte, hoja Virginia con el ya conocido corte de Hookain muy picadito y con mucha cantidad de melaza, con un tinte clarito. El Olor, cuando habres el bote te entra por la nariz un olor no muy peculiar en el mundo del tabaco de cachimba a frutos rojos. Y vamos a por lo importante El Sabor. Paqueamos el sabor muy sueltecito para que pase bien el aire en una cazoleta Nano Avatar LCDP de @bengalabowl (cazoleta de barro blanco con unos 15/17 gramos de carga) Ahora viene la peor parte, pues la primera calada ya me di cuenta de que el sabor no es muy agradable, la sandia y el melon no se encuentran por ningun lado, un cierto toque a maracuya y sobretodo frutos del bosque. Lo que hace una combinacion que parecía que estaría bueno pero todo lo contrario, a la media hora tuve que dejar de fumar pues el sabor no era nada agradable. Ingredientes: Las porciones de cada uno de estos ingredientes es de una taza · Chícharo seco · Amaranto · Semillas de calabaza · Semillas de girasol · Chía · Avena · Linaza dorada Procedimiento: 1. Tienes que tener paciencia, pues deberás licuar cereal por cereal y separar o ir metiendo el polvo resultante a un frasco o envase de plástico grande. 2. Empieza por licuar los chícharos hasta obtener un polvo, separa y reserva. Haz lo mismo con el amaranto, la linaza, la chía y la avena. 3. Pon especial atención a la hora de licuar las semillas de calabaza y las de girasol, éstas semillas tienen grasas, si se licuar de más puede que termines con un pasta, cosa que no queremos. 4. No importa si no quedan al 100% en polvo, pues una vez que tengas la proteína lista la vas a volver a moler en la licuadora cuando hagas tus batidos. 5. Ya que tienes todas las semillas molidas, mezcla muy bien en un envase, consérvalas en un lugar fresco y seco o en el refrigerador.
