We spent many a night searching Croydon for the perfect carpark and eventually came across this spot. Croydon actually has some wicked locations and it was super nice to search for the locations ourself. . The actual shoot was freezing cold, windy and wet. Other highlights were that I ate KFC AND Maccy Ds for Lunch and then KFC again for dinner. Bonus! (Veggie range obvs) . Voltando para casa depois que nosso lindo Raul nasceu! Bebê da despedida e chegada... Que adrenalina! Numa evolução rápida de 5cm para total, fomos em comboio para o hospital. Eu disse para pai: não é para ficar agitado, nervoso, mas vamos rápido para o hospital! Com juízo! E assim seguimos... ao chegar no hospital, carro parado torto na rua, entramos na entrada errada, tive que dar uma corridinha no quarteirão, desci já com luva na mão, caso fosse necessário amparar nosso pequeno que quando decidiu nascer veio com tudo! E deu tudo certo. Deu tempo de chegar ao hospital. Não foi possível entrar para acompanhar o nascimento devido à restrição pelo COVID. Pariu linda, perineo integro e 10min depois, já no carro no caminho para casa, recebemos (eu e a doula @nellyagostini ) a foto deles! Ela com cara de diva parida, e a família toda juntinha com o Raul! Seja bem-vindo meu querido! Que seu pouso esplêndido seja assim abençoado por toda sua jornada... Quanta emoção! Adrenalina pura! Ti ci riempirei il cuscino, morbido e fresco per i tuoi bollori, ché hai sempre caldo: ma come fai? Square Prism, 2020. Huge thanks to @instagram for bringing this installation of mine to the attention of so many people. The work was commissioned by @evilichtungen , and curated by @frauleinalice . Square Prism is a time-bound, sequenced light installation that was specially designed for a unique vantage point of Hildesheim. The luminous lines of light in Square Prism are gradually illuminated until the composition shifts and gains speed, and the work forms a cube, a square light prism, at the end of the sequence. The work picks up on the geometry we encounter in the urban environment and refers directly to the famous square church towers, which can be seen from its point of view. The piece draws attention to the often hidden beauty of cities and the basic forms they contain. Poetry under the streetlight // I joked when he told me that breaking hearts dont make noises, I wanted silence. Made a funny sound to haunt the oblivion which made me fear the sad side of poems. I see the 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲- l̶o̶n̶e̶l̶y̶ -̶l̶o̶n̶e̶l̶y̶ me, trying to hold on something extremely reliable and real because Ill be carried away by the wind, Ill fade. I cant fucking sleep after midnight and fidget restlessly on my bed. Sometimes anxiety causes butterflies in my stomach and gives me vomiting stomach aches I shout loud cries. My mother comes rushing into my room and I tell her that I had a bloody nightmare. I see concerned caring confidence break inside her moist eyes. She caress and kisses me until I again fall asleep. My hands shake without any reason but no poem was ever written without picking up the pen and pain. I try to rhyme but I often I dont ( the reason behind this is to turn the reality into a poem and make it look enchanting or else the real aches arrows and it hurts all the more. Of what we fear the biggest is THE REAL ). When pain makes me feel alive I feel like dying. Dont you still get it ? Both death and life attack on your story. Life breathing death and death beating life ! Maybe this is what happens when thunder meets a storm. Even after good sleep of 12 hours at a stretch I woke up dark and heavy. I would like to sleep more but now my eyes arent cooperating. Maybe I didnt sleep well. Again the poem is at stake : Why dont the real writers cover it up in a monostich ? Is it so hard for them as well ? I was the one longing for silence since I started this and then I cheated with every distraction to discuss about me. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐒𝐓-𝐎-𝐎-𝐏𝐈𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐄.
