Cómo hacer yoga en casa En primer lugar, antes de comenzar a hacer yoga, os recomendamos que busquéis un lugar tranquilo y que os resulte agradable, lugar donde llevaréis a cabo, al menos dos veces por semana en sesiones de media hora, vuestra práctica. Elegid la hora que más os convenga realizar yoga, horario que es conveniente que mantengamos siempre como rutina. Además, a la hora de hacer yoga debéis vestir ropa cómoda y flexible, la cual os permita hacer los estiramientos sin ningún tipo de molestias. Para la práctica de yoga, usaremos una esterilla, y es muy importante que ésta no resbale. También se muy gratificante realizar yoga descalzo sobre suelo de madera. Igual de importante es que en el momento de ponernos con las manos a la masa, tengamos el estómago vacío. Si hemos comido previamente, es recomendable que esperemos al menos unos quince minutos antes de comenzar a practicar yoga. Durante la media hora en la que nos encontraremos haciendo yoga, estaremos consecuentemente limpiando nuestra mente y cuerpo, y avanzando en nuestro propio autoconocimiento. Entre la multitud de ventajas que conlleva la realización del yoga destacamos la capacidad de dominar nuestros músculos, así como nuestro ritmo fluido, la respiración consciente, la concentración, el equilibrio físico y mental o la paciencia. Tanto si es la primera vez que hacéis yoga o si por el contrario ya estáis iniciados en este mundo os recomendamos que os pongáis en manos de profesionales. Ellos os orientaran y enseñarán este arte, asesorándoos en todo momento así como resolviendo cualquier duda que os pudiese surgir. Recordar que para que el yoga sea efectivo de forma inmediata, es preciso llevarlo a cabo correctamente, de lo contrario podría ser perjudicial para nosotros. I know many of you embarked on your Yoga journey, practising Yoga during the Circuit Breaker. However, without setting new goals in your new routine, it is easy to lose motivation for self-practice. So are you ready to take your practice to the next level? When learning the front splits, you not only build flexibility but also strengthen your muscles, tendons, and ligaments, especially around your joints! Yoga is also proven to improve your posture and reduce stress. The splits used to be very impossible for me but with a lot of patience, self-practice, and discipline, I finally achieved my front splits, and I believe so can you. Practise this sequence all on the right side first and hold each pose for at least one minute. Focus on deep breathing through your nose and try exhaling longer than your inhalation to deepen your stretch. Then repeat this sequence on your left side.
