I present the Gemma cake, a mould of course from @silikomart (advertising)... a jewel made for the birthday of my friends daughter @franzi99z, the artist @tripodancer who most of the time photographs my creations. It was a pleasure to be able to reciprocate...I used Ruby chocolate for the first time and I must say it won me over: a very refined aroma, a light raspberry flavour that lends itself to many combinations. Reposted from @fangling8 Pagi...my first trial Thousand Layer Mooncake...not bad lar😝😝(muji diri sendiri....sekali2 boleh lar 😅😅) . 🏡THOUSAND LAYER MOONCAKE 🌈 Recipe moucup Source : meina83 Rebake :@fangling8 Adonan Air : 🥮115 gr Tepung protein sedang 🥮35 gr Mentega putih 🥮15 gr Gula halus 🥮55 ml Air dingin 🥮5 tetes cuka Adonan Lemak: 🥮100 gr tepung protein sedang 🥮60 gr Mentega putih Buat filling aku beli jadi ya.. + pakai kuning telur asin yg di kukus dulu sebelum nya ( 2menit) + 25gr isian ( jika tanpa telur 40gr ya) Cara Membuat Mooncake: 1. Buat adonan air: campur air dingin dengan 5 tetes cuka. Kemudian di wadah lain, campurkan bahan kering, metega putih, tambahkan air cuka tadi sedikit-sedikit, uleni rata. Bulatkan adonan, bungkus dengan plastic wrap, diamkan 30 menit. 2. Buat adonan lemak : campur semua bahan jadi satu, uleni rata. Bungkus plastic wrap, Diamkan 30 menit. 3. Setelah 30 menit timbang adonan lemak total 156gr dibagi 5, jadi 31-32gr. 4. Lalu masing” beri warna ( ada 5 warna ). 5. Kemudian dari warna masing” adonan tersebut, dibagi 6. Berat masing” 5 gr, sisihkan. 6. Timbang adonan air total 216 gr dibagi 6, masing” 36 gr. 7. Ambil 1 adonan air, pipihkan, iso dengan ke lima warna adonan lemak. Bungkus. Lalu gilas tipis, gulung miring. Kemudian gilas tipis lagi, gulung adonan memanjang. Lalu belah 2 adonan tersebut 9. Dari 1/2 bagian tersebut, gilas tipis dan beri isian. ( 25gr isian dan 1telur asin..jika tidak pakai telur jadi 40gr ya) Bungkus lagi sambil di cubit”. (Lakukan hingga adonan habis). 10. Oven dengan suhu 170 derajat untuk 27 menit.
