💥How many sit ups can I do?💥 Actually, not many. I never really did sit ups or isolated abdominal exercises for any consistent amount of time. The longest was using the ab wheel twice per week for 12 weeks. If you want to BUILD your abs, consistently squatting and deadlifting will put you in a great position to strengthen your core. For beginners, I’d recommend you start squatting. For confident squatters, I’d recommend doing 3 sets of 20 with no belt once per week. This is a real test of your mind and body 🧠💪🏻 If you want to SEE your abs, review your diet and set a goal to lower your body fat percentage. 🍽 But remember, do the hard work in the gym to BUILD as well as the hard work with your nutrition to SEE. They go hand in hand.
