Breed: St Bernard X Weight: 100lbs Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: Yes Age: 2 yrs old Dogs: No, dog reactive Cats: No, has a high prey drive Kids: 16+ Apartments: No Fenced in backyard required. Gracie was surrendered with her brother due to their size and the owner not having enough time for them. Gracie needs work walking on leash and is very leash reactive to other dogs. Shelter staff have this to say about Gracie: “She is a very sweet and friendly with everyone she meets and is extremely social. She warms up quickly to people and very much enjoys pets, hugs and belly rubs from anyone she meets. Gracie is house trained but will need some further training for basic manners. She is food motivated and does have the ability to learn. Gracie likes going on walks, although does get tired quickly due to her size. She likes playing with toys when she is on her own but when people are around she gets distracted as she would rather be with people. Gracie is a very strong dog which when on a leash will pull if she sees something she wants to get to. Gracie has been seen to have a high prey drive and is very dog reactive. Besides her animal reactivity, she is a wonderful companion just looking for her perfect home. We are looking for an experienced dog home with a family who will continue with her training.
