pups are safe. people are safe. last night the wildfires in sonoma county continued to burn. we proactively evacuated to a coworker’s house. our home remains in an evacuation warning zone - we left before it became a mandatory order. kiva & desmo are handling the chaos like fucking champions. eating, drinking, sleeping, playing, & pooping (💕) normally. they’re blissfully unaware. thank y’all who have reached out to us. the fire doesn’t seem to be contained yet. in fact, it’s hard to find any substantial information specifically on the #walbridgefire online due to all of the other wildfires raging nearby. one source did specify that it’s a “top priority fire” (??) of all the #lnulightningcomplex fires. this is the second time in less than ten months that we’ve had to evacuate our home. last year, my ignorant ass self said something like “i hope i never have to go through this shit again.” that was cute. fuck wildfires. - @hyena.and.hound on Instagram
