âĄď¸Movement Challenge Day 28 of 30đŞđź ⢠Build the Breaks to accelerate! đđĽ ⢠Often times the limiting factor to preventing injuries and improving physical performance is the ability for the body to SLOW DOWN, and re-direct forces it encounters. ⢠If the body has limited ability to re-direct and minimize these forces, it may result in over-use injuries as well as ligament (ACL) tears and tendon/joint irritation. ⢠The goal is to work on feeling HOW the muscles absorb force in small, controlled positions...before exposing them to increased complexity. ⢠Identify and practice healthy hip knee and foot alignment with these drills. ⢠1ď¸âŁ Drop Squats Rxđ: 3 sets x 15-20 seconds Focus on bending through the hips and knees. It just amazes me that so many sit by and talk about so many useless things, that will never help anyone. ⢠Others still do not want to put pressure on governors, mayors, or elected officials as they say, â We canât make them our enemiesâ.. What? They ruined us, quite literally, and continue to do so. If this isnât the time to take a stand, then when is? ⢠The role of the NYFC is to represent those who have been crushed and canât survive. We represent those who were mandated to shut and left to open with nothing. We speak up for those who cant survive on the current mandates and abuse of executive orders. ⢠We will not ask NICELY for what is right. We will not ask NICELY to be allowed to operate our businesses as free Americans. We most certainly will not be afraid or back down from any elected official.
