Car la Méditerranée n’est pas toujours une mer tranquille, notamment les jours d’Est, ceux que préfère Mylène qui, sportive accomplie et pompier volontaire avec seize gardes de 24 heures par mois, aime l’action. Et la réaction ! D’où son oeil bleu de lynx qui scrute à la jumelle l’horizon bleu. Cet été 2020, a été selon elle, un été « bizarre » : « Beaucoup beaucoup de monde, du jamais vu sur les Plages publiques notamment, peu d’accidents graves à part deux hélices, pas de massage cardiaque malgré le mois de canicule mais beaucoup de nervosité, peu de civisme, une excitation anormale… » Elle précise : « les accidents viennent de l’inattention et notre première obligation est de rester concentré au maximum ».
