BRAVO @ninafitness4life!!! 🏆 U današnje vrijeme napredak u fitness industriji sve je značajniji! Svake godine vidimo hrpe novih ljudi koji se okreću zdravom načinu života i tjelovježbi. Naravno, svi su tu s jednakim interesom, a to su zdravlje i izgled! Pojedinci će dolaziti u teretanu bez posebnih planova, dok će drugi biti upućeni u planski odrađivane trenažne procese i tako napredovati puno više. Kao i u svemu, nije dovoljno samo vježbati sat vremena dnevno da se “ispušemo“ i riješimo negativne energije i stresa nego i živjeti 0-24 h proces. Kada pričamo o takvom načinu života, dolazimo do pojma bodybuilding. Bodybuilding je sport koji iziskuje plansko praćenje svih segmenata 101% bez kojih će u suprotnom izostati adekvatni rezultati. Dakle, kada spojimo ugodno s korisnim, odnosno fitness s davanjem cijelog sebe u isto, dobijemo bodybuilding. Upravo ovaj uvodni dio “živi“ i naša pulska IFBB natjecateljica, predivna Nina Čuturilo Glavina. Nina je pravi primjer jedne zrele, u svakom smislu te riječi, sportašice kojoj sport čini sastavni dio života još od mlađih dana. S punim poštovanjem i ponosom želimo izraziti sve pohvale i divljenje naše puležanke Nine, koja dolazi iz “BBK MORNAR“. Lijepo je to kad pojedinac, kao što je Nina, našem gradu i okolini pridonosi takav uspjeh. Takvom voljom, znanjem i željom Nina je osvojila 2. mjesto u wellness fitness senior kategoriji na Europskom prvenstvu koji se održao u Španjolskom gradiću Santa Susanna od 15. do 21. rujna. The myth of Lady Godiva is an old one. While she was a very real woman in the 11th century, the legend surrounding her is a bit more questionable. She was married to a man named Leofric, Earl of Mercia, and was a benefactor of many monasteries. As the legend goes, Leofric, Earl of Mercia, laid down oppressive taxes to the people of Coventry. After repeatedly asking her husband to relieve their people of this debt, he finally agreed - on the condition that she rode naked on horseback through the center of town. Lady Godiva did just that. She stripped off her clothes, leaving only her long hair available for any sort of modesty. Other versions of the myth say that before she rode out, she asked the townspeople to remain in their homes with their windows shut. Questa foto me l’ha scattata una delle mie più care amiche un anno fa. Avevo visto uno scatto simile su Pinterest e volevo assolutamente ricrearlo. Parliamo della classica foto figa che quasi tutte riescono a fare, ma io no, perché non son da Vogue, ma al massimo da flyer da sagra del merluzzo fritto. ⠀ Avete presente il meme “quello che ordini - quello che ti arriva a casa?”, ecco! Sens jutja tant i sens intenta clavar tant al cap que el nostre dia a dia és un judici físic constant, que no sens dona loportunitat de viurens ni de veurens sense jutjar-nos. Aquest és el motiu dhaver fet aquesta sèrie. Tan sols he volgut visibilitzar els VOSTRES cossos (gràcies a totes les que heu participat per les fotos, i a les que no he dibuixat espere poder fer-ho en un futur). Per descomptat que són cossos vàlids, és que no hi ha cap désser humà que no ho siga. Podria haver dit que són cossos bonics, preciosos... però açò va més enllà del que subjectivament em puga semblar a mi. He volgut fer dels vostres cossos art i mostrar la bellesa de cada estria, molla o costella que sens marca. Perquè no hi ha cos més bonic que el que guarda dins una ànima, i això és el que fa el teu i fa el meu. . Tenim cossos vàlids, bonics i suficients per a lestiu, per a lhivern, per a quan volem ensenyar i per a quan no. Ara ens toca a nosaltres emmudir aquests judicis, quan els escoltem al nostre entorn i quan els escoltem endins. Summertime 2012, “Broken Boat”, 114x162cm. In the beginning I had this vision of a woman nude, helpless, adrift in a boat. Then I started to look for boats and I just couldn’t find the right one, they were either too colourful or too decorated, or of a plastic material. I wanted an old one in wood. Then I found a photo that suited me perfectly, and, after thinking about where to position a figure in it, I called a friend, asking her if she could pose in my studio. I took the pillows off the sofa and she leaned against it, it had the perfect height to simulate the boat. ▪️Nein, das darfst du nicht!▪️ In der Schwangerschaft habe ich mal eine Story gepostet in welcher ich einen Bikini anhatte mit einem cheeky Höschen, also einem Höschen, dass mehr Po zeigt. Eine Dame schrieb mir daraufhin eine Nachricht, dass das unangemessen sei, ja gar ekelhaft und Frauen die Mutter werden oder sind, sich so nicht mehr zu zeigen haben! Ich staunte nicht schlecht, hatte diese Dame selbst noch keine Kinder und konnte die Situation somit gar nicht voll bewerten. Denn wie oft überdenken wir unsere Meinung wenn wir selbst in der Situation stecken. Wenn mein Kind..., dann darf es das sicher nicht, jaja genau... Kennen wir doch alle oder? Als ich meinen Bikini nun im Urlaub anzog, habe ich mich dabei erwischt zu hinterfragen, was wohl die Leute von mir denken, mit diesem Höschen. Ich bin zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass es immer wen gibt, dessen Grenze was ok ist und was nicht woanders liegt. Und ja auch ich erwische mich dabei zu denken Mmmh muss das sein? und es ist schwer diese Bewertungsmuster loszulassen. Dennoch ist es machbar! Und dennoch darf jeder für sich entscheiden was für einen selbst in Ordnung ist. Und viel wichtiger als Äußeres, empfinde ich, dass man zueinander höflich ist und respektvoll miteinander umgeht. Alles andere ist Geschmackssache und nicht mein Bier. Der Mensch hinter dem äußeren kann schließlich eine ganz wundervolle Person sein. Schon als Jugendliche musste ich mir mit meinem einstigen Gothiclifestyle viel anhören. Mit dem bodybuilding verhielt es sich ähnlich. Bis heute ist mein Fell noch nicht dick genug, um Aussagen spurlos an mir vorbei ziehen zu lassen. Aber man lernt nie aus. Was habt ihr euch schon mal anhören müssen, was laut anderen gar nicht geht? Creo que cuando quieres hacer una cosa durante toda tu vida ese deseo debe estar acompañado cada día de actos consecuentes. Recuerdo cuando mi abuela tuvo que dejar de pintar al óleo por su toxicidad, después de muchos años acabó desarrollando una intolerancia que le afectaba a su salud. No me es cómoda la mascarilla pero sé que es necesaria cuando una buena ventilación no es posible y es una de las formas para que óleo y cuerpo puedan seguir juntos muchos años más. Creo que al final esto aplica con prácticamente todo en la vida, hay que ser conscientes de nuestras capacidades, limitaciones y hacer de lo posible algo duradero. De nada sirve hacer un esfuerzo extraordinario en un período breve de tiempo si no serás capaz de mantenerlo, es como un cohete que rápido se enciende y explota y luego desaparece para siempre. She does this by practicing breath work, qi gong, kundalini, and sometimes strenuous exercise. She uses her body to learn how to be present even when she’s uncomfortable. . 🌟 The second layer: should she chose to have a romantic partner, she chooses one who 1.) her body is a f*ck yes to and 2.) she can have conscious dialogue with. No tantra verbiage — yet. Just clean, clear dialogue. Such as, “I feel stressed, love. Can you help me make a game plan?” He may say, “You bet.” Or, “Not yet, but I will in an hour.” In this space she continues to hold herself as she also learns how to let another in. . 🌟 The third layer: she is truly capable of handling her own path. She’s done the work. She knows deep in her bones that she has autonomy at any given point, so therefore, sacredly ‘relinquishing autonomy’ is actually fun. She willingly lets him lead her with his conscious sexuality. She has chosen a man who is deeply committed to his consciousness and her safety, so when he says “good girl” or “I’m going to spank you if you don’t do it…” she actually feels lit up and CONTINUED👇🏼 - @madelynmoon on Instagram
