Sorona, a “plant-based” nylon and elastane alternative from #DuPont, is used in fashion for such items as #denim and #outerwear, and to make the #fauxfur that @StellaMcCartney debuted last year. But as the field of biosynthetic materials expands, so too do concerns around their use.
