Sadly many of those protests have seen local and outside actors that are intent on creating damage and chaos. Today as we kick off Pride Month we also remember that we celebrate Pride in part due to similar violence that rocked our community throughout the 60’s -until we said ENOUGH during The Stonewall Inn uprising 51 years ago. For that reason, this past weekend the Equality Business Alliance joined over 500 LGBTQ organizations from around the nation by joining together to again say #BlackLivesMatter and recommit ourselves to the actions those words require. And so we encourage everyone to join the movement by signing online petitions, donating, and calling on your elected officials. Some, who are not exhibiting symptoms to COVID-19, such as a fever, shortness of breath, coughing or sneezing have also chosen to march in protests, or as our staff has done- chosen to participate in the clean up efforts to support the businesses affected by the riots. With COVID-19, and many of our own members struggling with the economic crash that this pandemic has caused- we recognize the impact of community supporting community. Anybody like splitting wood? (we’ve got a job for you). But we’ll have to take you to the woodshed... This is actually a horse windbreak that we had a northwoods Amish family build for us this spring. We stained the inside planks, hit the outside with a few coats, added a Carhardt yellow roll-down canvas drop front, and kitted out its walls with a multi-bin wood crib. (To keep all our different species of wood and kindling separated into neat, dry, OCD piles). It’s currently parked by the rustic camping cluster Scout tents on skids (so we can move it around with a bobcat & extended forks). On a rainy day it keeps firewood, campers (and their spirits) dry. Makes being taken to the woodshed a little more tolerable. The only challenge is keeping it stocked. Honest question: Is there such a thing as a lumberjack internship? Like a work-for-college-credit-in-forestry-school kinda thing? Asking for a friend. Devido a correria da mudança e as tarefas com a chegada do novo integrante, optamos por realizar uma obra rápida, prática e econômica, mantendo grande parte dos revestimentos e acabamentos existentes (que estavam em bom estado) e investindo principalmente no design dos mobiliários e na iluminação, pois o ambiente apesar de bem amplo, era muito escuro. . Вы играете, репетируйте, даже были выступления, но в один момент появилось четкое - “НЕ ХОЧУ”.😳 ⠀ Это значит у Вас пропала конечная видимая ЦЕЛЬ. Она может быть ГЛОБАЛЬНАЯ - стать востребованным музыкантом, может быть МЕЛКАЯ - выучить произведение, разучить сложное виртуозное соло и т.д.👆 ⠀ На каждом ЭТАПЕ становления музыканта эти цели важны, ОПРЕДЕЛИТЕ их для себя. Они должны Вас зажигать, мотивировать и ДВИГАТЬ вперед, чтобы снова подниматься после неудач.🙏 ⠀ Вам поможет: 🔴ВСПОМНИТЕ ту глобальную цель для чего Вы пошли в школу или стали заниматься музыкой дома. А теперь составьте к этой цели более мелкие, которые важны здесь и сейчас. Например, сыграть гамму, выучить сложное соло или научиться петь высокую ноту. Не стоит браться сразу за сложное, это только демотивирует.👍 ⠀ 🔴ИЩИТЕ материал понятный Вам, если занимаетесь самостоятельно или просИте педагога повторить музыкальный материал ещё раз. Занятия дома или в школе должны Вам нравится и приносить удовольствие.👍 ⠀ 🔴ИЗУЧАЙТЕ биографию других музыкантов, которые добились больших результатов, особенно ранний период становления.👍 ⠀ 🔴НЕ СРАВНИВАЙТЕ более высокие результаты других учеников со своими, это так же демотивирует. Для кого-то это середина пути, а для Вас может быть начало. Помните, у каждого свой путь.👍 ⠀ 🔴УЧАСТВУЙТЕ в концертах, конкурсах и больше играйте для публики.
