Heart broken 💔 The car was tired, clutch & brake problems surprised me at high speed and I couldnt avoid brushing the wall. Then the car wouldnt restart in the pits because of air in the clutch system. That lost us the podium. Im sorry for my team @rebellion_racing & team mates @romaindumas_official @natberthon. We didnt deserve that. I guess it’s Le Mans and Le Mans can be tough some times. We finished 4th overall. Thank you to every single person that has been working on our cars & supporting us. We will finally be reopening Monday, June 15 with regular hours! We will be taking a multitude of precautions to ensure our guests have a safe but fun experience with us. All races will be limited to 10 people or less and we will be reducing the number of races per hour to provide additional buffer before and after races to reduce potential contact between different groups. The registration and pre-race procedures have been changed to maintain social distancing and increase efficiency. Registration kiosks will be placed throughout the lobby to increase social distancing and there is also an option to register on the app. Our new helmet decontamination units are here and will be completely decontaminating and sanitizing each helmet and neckbrace after every race. Headsocks will continue to be single use prior to deep cleaning and sanitizing, but we will also have a full-face option available for a small charge that can be taken and reused by guests. Karts will be wiped down after each use and staff will have masks and gloves on. The lobby will be cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day. Additional sanitization stations will be available for our guests to use. We continue to recommend guests wear masks and anyone at high risk or over the age of 65 refrain from karting with us at this time. Per come si erano messe le cose durante i turni di prove libere posso dire di essere soddisfatto del weekend a La Conca. Dopo 3 uscite ed una qualifica abbastanza deludente ( 17°) in prefinale con unottima partenza sono riuscito a recuperare tre posizioni e arrivare in 14^ posizione. Nella finale la partenza è stata anche lì geniale se non fosse per il fatto di essere scattato con qualche centesimo di secondo in anticipo che è bastato per darmi 10 sec. Di penalità . Allarrivo sono arrivato in 12^ posizione assoluta ( 9^ di categoria ) ma con la penalità in 15^posizione assoluta ( 10^ di categoria) sono riuscito a prendere un solo punto e sono stracarico per la gara di martina franca il 6/7 Aprile. Big-Block Supermodifieds Return To Thompson For World Series NAPLES, ME (September 25) – Officials from the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) and American-Canadian Tour (ACT) announced today that the Big-Block Supermodifieds of ISMA will be returning to Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park for the 58th Annual World Series Of Speedway Racing. The ISMA Supermodifieds are one of 19 divisions that will be racing at Thompson as part of the World Series from Friday, October 9th through Sunday, October 11th. The breathtaking Big-Block Supermods will compete for 50 laps and will join the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season finale, along with the PASS Super Late Models on the final day of racing. “The ISMA Supermodifieds are one of the most exciting divisions in pavement racing and we are happy to bring them back for their traditional visit to Thompson as part of the World Series, said PASS President Tom Mayberry. The World Series is one of the biggest weekends of racing in New England and we are really happy to provide such a great card of short track racing to our fans. Today was a tough day as we were fighting to hold on and at Indy at these speeds that’s a challenge and not where you want to be. P1 on Sunday and P2 on Saturday. Solid weekend with the @energykart_northamerica team at Rounds 1&2 of the @mrfkcofficial Karting Championship. Saturday was hot and sunny. I had solid pace with fastest time in Quali, P2 in Super Quali and P2 in the pre-final and Final. Sunday was wet, very wet. P1 in wet practice. On my last quali lap another kart spun on the last turn, causing me to slow costing me pole. The weather was crazy all day with heavy rain on and off. My dad made a LAST MIN decision to put me on rain tires, making me the only kart on a wet setup for the final. Starting P3 I took first place from the first corner but had the rest of the field right on my butt from the start. Two laps in, still in the lead, the rain came.....hard. The stands cleared out as everyone went back to their tents, and I went on to seal the win. Thank you to @darrenwhite90 for all your help with coaching and kart setup. Thanks to my teammate @ryanmaxwell34_ for teaching me so much on the track and @marcosignoretti97 for his help with data and making my teammate so fast. A year ago today I came up short of my goal of becoming National Champion. Luck wasnt on my side last year and it just wasnt meant to be. . This year ended a bit different, actually a lot different! Yesterday I became the KartStars Canada National Champion in Briggs Cadet and just when I thought it doesnt get any better than this, today I scored the win in Mini Rok scoring back-to-back National Championships. As the winner I won my ticket to represent Canada at the Rok Cup Superfinal in Lonato Italy later this year!!! .
