Han har alltså ”av misstag” skjutit henne mitt i pannan, i sovrummet på en meters avstånd. Han döms inte för mord utan får istället 6 år och fyra månaders fängelse för grovt vållande till hennes död och för bland annat vapenbrott. Tingsrätten, liksom nu hovrätten, menar att han ju lät så stressad, gråter och skriker efter hjälp. Att hans mamma var i bostaden. Så då kan han inte ha haft uppsåt till mordet. Det TROTS att kvinnan skrivit dagbok om våldet. TROTS att han flera gånger hotat henne till livet med att JUST skjuta henne i huvudet. TROTS att hon tre månader tidigare kom tillbaka från skyddat boende på grund av våldet och hoten han utsatt henne för. TROTS att många män som dödar sin partner kan visa ånger, stress och be om hjälp - efteråt. Han har dödat sin tidigare partner. Han har lämnat ett litet litet barn utan sin mamma. I no longer could enjoy the foods I loved with family and friends, feared eating because of the debilitating pain and always slightly embarrassingly had to know where the nearest bathroom was. . .After many tests I had to make a decision either live on a liquid diet, depend on meds for the rest of my life or take this illness by the horns and change my whole diet around. Although difficult and misery was a constant company, I chose the latter happily, because at least I had options. . .I became a vegan and ate gluten free up until I felt my body strong enough to reintegrate foods I used to consume. Keeping in mind, Everything in Moderation. My diet now is pretty close to my normal, flare ups are rare but in no way is this battle over. . .
