We need THOROUGH photos of the condition of your natural hair so that we can assess, advise, and anticipate any precautions needed to be taken for your specific head of hair. Although appreciated, It does not help to send the most beautiful photo you have of yourself. What we need to see is length, hairline, nape, the scalp in the crown, texture, density, breaking/balding, etc. Be honest about any chemical processing you have. Be upfront about any delicate areas you have that need special attention. This allows us to plan out the proper amount of time we might need for any additional protective services we may need to add on. Some circumstances do require further consultation, for which a virtual or even in-person consultation is needed. But please try to send the most thorough photos you can. Ask someone to help you if you’re having trouble doing it yourself. Take a video if you’re comfortable!
