One of my most asked questions is, if I have gained weight since I started keto. The answer is YES. I was 103kilos when I started keto & dropped down to 54kilos after 10months. After that I switched my macros to maintain my weight,however after a few months I felt I was too thin. I switched macros up again,this time to gain a little. A little plus a little here and there made me gain 10-15kilos (over 3years)which is where I was the most comfortable & healthy. During this pandemic I have over indulged a little with keto sweets & been incredibly lazy with tracking and I’ve gained yet again. This time though,I do feel that these extra covid kilos need to go and quickly. My body is feeling very sluggish at the moment and I’m feeling very tight into my clothes now.
