- While tightening the valve cover bolt the hole broke into two equally sized pieces and one of them fell into the circled hole. I tried fishing it out with no success and Im afraid it may cause damage. Where may it have ended up and how can I retrieve it? The engine is a D16Y7 (1997 Hinda Civic LX).
