Ormai le feste sono quasi passate, e diciamo che posso ritornare ad essere me stesso perché finalmente posso posare la maschera che sto portando. Non è facile, e diventa sempre più difficile andare avanti, ma con un sorriso come il tuo è impossibile non riuscirci. To my Papà and Nonni, This year has been a rough one, and this particular Father’s Day is even rougher for us. Losing our Nonno Gaetano less than a week ago has broken our hearts, but we can still smile when we remember all the beautiful memories we have of him. Nonno was an amazing example of what a father figure should be. Caring and loving, strong willed and minded. He was always there for us whenever we needed him. Nonno always wanted the best for himself and his family, and he worked hard to achieve his goals. He was the rock of the family. Losing a loved one can have many different effects on people. For me, it has made me realise that life goes by a lot quicker than it seems. It has taught me to sometimes take a step back and just relax. To not stress over the little things and instead focus on what is really important. It has made me appreciate my papà and everything he does for me and my family with a new sense of awe, and to not get so frustrated with my Nonno Franco when he keeps asking me what his BookFace password is. 😂 Thank you for all the life lessons you have taught me and for showing me love that I could only get from you three incredible gentlemen. Je me souviens dElsa 7 ans faisant une vinaigrette qui répondait à sa demande de recette par : Cest facile, tu vas voir. Et lui de la relancer et lui demandant des précisions. Romane sest souvenu quil était venu dans sa classe à sa demande lors de la semaine sur la cuisine pour parler de son métier. Naijrmegen Hashmet was een jonge kerel met een prachtige glimlach. Toen ik hem voor het eerst ontmoette, tijdens opnames voor Uitgezet in Afghanistan, was hij 28 jaar oud. Het was 2012, we waren op het vliegveld van Kabul. Hashmet en zijn broer Naijb zouden me door het gebied begeleiden. Er waren – net als nu – vele aanslagen in Afghanistan, dus brachten de broers me naar een safehouse in een kleine wijk in de stad. Daar stond een bataljon aan mannen met wapens voor de deur. Hier zou ik de komende week slapen en eten. Hashmet vertelde me dat hij een broer had die in Nederland woonde, in een stad waarvan hij de naam moeilijk kon uitspreken. Naymee? Najirmegen? Hij liet het adres zien: tot mijn grote vreugde bedoelde hij Nijmegen, de stad waar ik geboren ben en waar ik nog steeds woon. We werden vrienden en hielden via social media contact. Hij stuurde mij met trots in de winter van 2015 een foto van zijn pasgeboren dochter en ik vertelde hem dat ik in het najaar naar Afghanistan zou komen voor opnames. We zouden elkaar weer zien en gingen weer samenwerken: kinderlijke blijdschap van twee volwassen mannen. Een paar maanden voor die reis kwam er nieuws vanuit Kabul: grote aanslagen in de stad, veel mensen waren omgekomen. Ik stuurde die dag een berichtje naar Hashmet: ‘Gaat alles goed, is iedereen gezond en wel?’ Ik kreeg niks terug. Niet veel later stond op de Facebookpagina van zijn broer dat Hashmet was omgekomen; 31 jaar oud, vader van een dochter. Ik zag de foto’s van de aanslag met een foto van een dode, bebloede Hashmet. Afghanistan zonder mijn vriend Hashmet is incompleet. Nog niet zo lang geleden zag ik de Taliban voormannen met een grote glimlach aan tafel zitten met de Amerikanen – vredesbesprekingen. Depois que o Antônio nasceu, tive que repensar minhas prioridades. Eu sempre fui o tipo de pessoa que se envolve em vários projetos e nunca desacelera completamente, mas a chegada do meu filho me fez perceber que eu precisava mudar. ⠀ Enquanto o Antônio aprende, ele também me ensina. Depois que ele começou a andar, tudo é motivo pra vir correndo mostrar alguma coisa pro papai, não importa o momento. Ele já aprendeu até a desligar meu microfone nas reuniões hahaha e eu percebi que, mesmo com todo o trabalho, ser pai desse menino é a coisa mais fantástica que já me aconteceu. E pra eu ser o melhor pai pra ele, preciso ter um ritmo diferente do que eu estava acostumado. ⠀ Não dá para ignorar a necessidade do descanso, do lazer. Viver sem parar pra respirar é algo que só dá certo no papel. Na prática, a gente acaba sendo menos produtivo do que acha que vai ser se não tirar um tempo pra descansar. ⠀ O “trabalhe enquanto eles dormem” não funciona mais aqui em casa. Estar com a família, conversar com os amigos, brincar com meu filho... tudo isso me torna um empreendedor melhor. 4 timmar senare ler jag lite mer. Jag har nog löst hans problem igen hoppas jag ❤️. . som sagt, han sålde sin bil nedgradera sin bil från 2019 (bensinsnål) till år 2013 / lossade kapital. . Han får tillbaka den på måndag för han måste börja köra uber igen. (Han är på ruta 1 igen enligt mig han tjänar bara 4000kr mån/ igen- 7dag/veckan) vår plan med @sargondeniz var att han skull tjäna 7-8000kr i månaden och leva ett värdigt liv. Hans nya plan är att sälja alkohol på stranden köpa en vagn för 2000kr och tjäna massa pengar i 4 mån säger han. Satt och räknade på det kan funka men först måste han få ihop investeringen för vagnen. Han kan ju inte spara en krona Igen ?? Hans bil från 2013 dricker allt för mkt bensin för att han skall kunna tjäna mer pengar efter många timmar tjat om att han skall säga allt han kan om taxibranschen med dålig engelska från min sida och hans! 🙈😊. Vi kommer fram till att bilen snor 140kr per 400kr intjänad körning. Han påstår att bilen han hyrde innan spenderade 80kr per 400kr. Här ser jag lösningen spara in, så nu är schemat satt och bryter han denna förlorar han mig som mentor och hjälpande hand! Vi skall hyra ut hans bil för 4000kr och hyra en Mer bensinsnål bil för 4000kr så han kan spara in mer per månad, så vi kan komma tillbaka till ruta 2. där han slipper betala för att använda en bil. Hoje eu quero te contar algo muito especial: o Rafa desfraldou também do cocô! Foram onze meses - eu disse 11 meses - após a retirada da fralda do xixi, lavando infinitas cuequinhas, muito diálogo e respeito ao tempo dele. Chegamos ao desfralde do Rafa, com a esperança de que, também nesse quesito, nenhum filho seria igual ao outro. Como já relatei, o desfralde do Gui foi traumático. O xixi, assim como o Rafa, ele assimilou bem, já nos primeiros dias, mas o cocô foi um desafio que só. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Foi 1 ano de tentativas: penico, redutor de assento, fraldas, longos dias sentados à frente do vaso sanitário à espera de que ele fizesse cocô sem choro, lágrimas e gritos! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Por recomendação da pediatra, e já com 3 anos, buscamos tratamento psicológico, pois não havia nada físico que o impedisse: sem ressecamento, nem dor. Era um controle voluntário dos mecanismos de evacuação. A encoprese! Ele dominava bem os esfíncteres. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ De personalidade forte, João Guilherme revelou na psicoterapia que estava mandando na casa e no próprio organismo. Era hora de intervir! Tivemos de ser mais firmes e permitir que ele adquirisse autonomia e coragem para o processo natural. Para ele, a evacuação era uma experiência negativa e ele segurava as fezes por medo. O pequeno chegou a ficar seis dias sem evacuar! Buscamos a emergência médica algumas vezes. No banheiro da sala de espera, ele fazia! Desesperador! Tudo passou... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Em outubro de 2019, Rafa iniciou. E, mais conscientes, sabíamos que não faríamos o desfralde, mas era ele quem se desfraldaria. Agora, segue para a adaptação noturna.
