Pictures of food. The other day I posted each of my meals on my story. If you didn’t get enough of it, here it is again in a post. The point of these posts was to show that dieting doesn’t HAVE TO suck. Granted every one has different goals, but that doesn’t change the fact that the food you’re eating doesn’t have to suck. You just need to figure out your goals and apply your macros accordingly, and have your training in check. Whether you want to gain weight or lose weight, it doesn’t have to suck. I BY ALL MEANS am not a dietician, nor would I have any clue about any of this if it weren’t for a few select people’s help and guidance. I’ve used @ifbbprochristuttle multiple times for meal plans (he’s a wizard) and of course my bro @damann77 has shown me the ins and outs of easy prepping. I’m currently NOT on a plan and I STILL choose to eat this way 80% of the time because it has become second nature.
